ConvertCalculator 2.0 - Create powerful, beautiful Calculator forms

ConvertCalculator is a versatile calculator builder. Like a form builder, but with calculations. It helps businesses grow sales, save time and it makes things simple.

Beautiful on any website, no coding skills required and yet very powerful. You can use it for price quoting, lead generation, SAAS pricing, savings, ROI or loans.

Hi PH, One of the biggest (luxury) problems of having a successful business is that it's super time-consuming. You need to make price quotes, follow up leads or explain your pricing model, and you need to do it by hand. I made a tool with which you can build calculator forms to automate your sales processes. No coding skills required, it integrates with Zapier and you can add payments via Stripe. Think about price quotes, lead generation or SAAS pricing calculators. But also savings calculators, ROI calculators, and product configurators. Would love to hear your thoughts!

The configurator allows total freedom in building your calculator, which comes with a slight learning curve. Once you've mastered it, you can build very sophisticated and powerful calculator forms. And even integrate quick checkout and payment.

Support is excellent, so you will always build what you have in mind.

And the product receives constant updates, so they're working hard on making the current experience smoother and adding additional features. I'm very excited about the product roadmap.

All in all very solid product that delivers on promise.

Pros:

Powerful, fast, efficient, quick integrations & good support. Most importantly: it delivers on promise

Cons:

Learning curve

I'm using this to test value propositions and market viability for some concepts and it's great at that. Technically you could build a food delivery platform including payments with it in a day.

Pros:

Very versatile and easy implementation, works great for running quantifiable tests!

Cons:

A bit overwhelming at first.

I was looking online for exactly this thing, hoping to find a product configurator that I could embed in my squarespace site for my furniture startup. The idea was to be able to let the customer type in dimensions, choose between features and colorways and then see a price automatically update after input. Squarespace, shopify, nor any other ecommerce subscription platform will let you make complex products like this. My business model depended on my ability to allow customers choose between these options and I really didn't have the capital to spend on getting this configurator custom developed. When I came across CC I reached out to Joris, the creator of CC, with some feature requests and he ended up rolling out features that profoundly enhanced the experience I wanted my customers to have. He cares about his product, and by virtue, about your product. Im not BSing when I say this, but CC + Joris was the single best product experience I had in 2018.

Pros:

CC easily embeds on your squarespace (or any website) and allows you to offer complex products with multiple options without any custom code

Cons:

None honestly

This is really cool, but it seems a little expensive and I'm not sure what I'm getting for that price. Do you have any stats or anecdotes about how this can increase conversions?
Joris de Ruiter
@jamesivings thanks! this is really valuable feedback. I guess the homepage needs some work to make the value of the product more apparent. No stats yet, but I'm working on an analytics suite to track interactions and conversions of a calculator. This will help to evaluate the value of the product. I think expensiveness really depends on use-case. Most of my paying customers not only convert more sales, but save a lot of time by automating price quoting. For them it's worth the investment.

@jorisderuiter Sounds good, I'll keep an eye on the project for sure. Good luck!

Great, I am using it to price our SaaS product. With this tool our users have the freedom to create their own offer without our pre-set range!

Apart from the stated use cases, I think this is an awesome tool to test value propositions, and to get insights into what the budget of a prospective customer is. This can help you in making sure you get to product market fit! FYI: Joris just added ConvertCalculator to Startup Deals, if you're looking for an extended trial, get it here: https://startup.deals/deal/conve...

I'm absolutely loving Convert Calculator. This is the internet's best kept secret right now! My team only found it through an internet forum. We were searching for a tool like this for a long time.

After hiring a web developer to custom develop a calculator with an auto response email and spending thousands of dollars, the developer provided us with no access to make changes to wording or coding without further payment (understandable, with custom development).

This platform puts autonomy and customization in our hands. This is incredibly valuable. Not to mention, the ability to automize our customer quoting lends to better customer service and we're more likely to close a sale by giving instant, real time calculated quotes.

Pros:

Beautiful design, Zapier integration, you can create more than one calculator, Squarespace integration with template responsive design.

Cons:

You need to know a minimal amount of excel style spreadsheet coding. Luckily, there are a series of tutorials that will walk you through it.

Nice work Joris! I think this is going to be one of those products where Concierge setup will a huge win and should be really highlighted in the landing page + onboarding. Awesome work with the product though, looks solid.
