When do you know an idea is worth building?

I get excited about new ideas pretty quickly

But not every idea deserves weeks of work

Sometimes a simple conversation or small test can tell you more than building the whole thing

I’m trying to get better at testing ideas before spending too much time on them

How do you decide if an idea is worth building?
