You just have to write your talent needs to Clous Peer and it will reply with a tailored job opening. In just 3 clicks of a button, you can create, publish and share your job opening. When candidates apply, if they meet the requirements for the job, the interview is automatically scheduled according to their preferences and their availability (in 24-72 hours). If they don't meet the requirements, we recommend them other job openings from the same company that better fit their resume. What makes Clous different!?!?!?!?!? - Our technology doesn't substitute humans. We accelerate human face-to-face connections from candidates with employers. Others, will force candidates to chat with an AI agent for 15 minutes. - Truly candidate-first: we iterate quickly on how we treat fairly to candidates. No more recruiter ghosting. No more one-way video interviews that makes you feel like a Youtuber. Examples of how WE plan using ClousH 1. Solve bottlenecks - when starting out, we found that our interviews were too long 2. Recommend candidates other jobs within our organization 3. Reduce time to fill in -34%, hence spending less on job posts advertisement (we don't have ads) ❌ The problem for companies: bad sourcing and recruiting experiences for recruiters, along with many talent changes (COVID, remote, back to office, etc.).
