Shortcut manual and complex scheduling with an AI-powered intelligent calendar. Built on top of Clockwise’s advanced scheduling engine, Prism serves up more scheduling options, more quickly, than any human can.
@ritvik_mishra Great for scheduling everything from a 1:1 with your cat to an all-hands at a trailhead on Thursday mornings!

This is so cool!! Congratulations to the whole Clockwise team on this launch. Scheduling is such a messy constraint problem, a perfect opportunity to empower humans with AI assistance. Really looking forward to seeing how much easier this can make operations for teams small and large
@chris_gregory Thank you Chris! We're so excited to be combining the power of natural language input with our Clockwise scheduling engine to build an AI tool that is *actually* useful!
This launch solves such a personal pain for me. In a prior job, I once spent two whole days getting a single meeting on the books. I needed to get a dozen busy directors and VPs in the same room, and it was a hair-pulling, jaw-clenching game of email telephone and calendar tetris (and not in a fun way). Clockwise has always helped automate the tedium of calendar management, but Prism takes it to a whole new level. With a powerful new calendar interface and a new scheduling brain that can shift meetings around automatically, it's easier than ever to make time for those important meetings. 2021 Michael would be crying happy tears to have a tool like this...

This seems pretty cool! A way to have an AI assist reschedule on a sick day when I’m already feeling crumby would be a big win on its own.
@georgeosupremo yesss! Protip: DM Clockwise in slack for this, from your phone, while you're still lying in bed. I can't tell you how many times I've done that while recovering from covid or the flu. It's also great if you're just running late from a doctor's appointment and need to push that meeting you're going to be late to!

I wish I had this when I was trying to schedule important meetings with more than five people! It's a ripple effect that's really hard to coordinate because in order to make one meeting work, others have to move their meetings, yada yada.
It's about time that we get AI to do this tedious work!
How does AI deal with people who are SO booked like double booked the whole day? I assume Clockwise works to help individuals as well as the whole team to improve their schedules?
Congrats on this launch @voxmatt and team!
@voxmatt@tonyhanded Preach!! And yes, that's exactly right - Clockwise helps the whole team improve schedules! The more meetings you mark flexible (including setting more granular flex settings, like "move within the day" or "move Tues or Wed between 9-12pm"), the more Clockwise can help deconflict things. Clockwise will clear those conflicts up once a day during the organization-wide optimization, and then will also help by suggesting to move (multiple, if necessary) conflicts out of the way when you're trying to get a new meeting on the calendar.
The integration of AI and productivity management is really impressive. I'm sure it will lead to great success. Congratulations on your launch! I thoroughly enjoyed the creative demo video on your website. @voxmatt

@voxmatt@shiva_tejasvi Thanks so much for the kind words, Shiva! We're so glad hear you also liked the video. We're hoping to bring a little magic to scheduling.
Congrats on the launch! It looks promising for supercharging the team's productivity. Quick question: Does it come with calendar integration? (Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, etc.)
@alexandra_describy We'd love to hear what you think! A few of my favorite ways to use the "AI" part of the calendar:
- Adjusting meetings in bulk, e.g. "Move today's 1:1s to tomorrow"
- Setting up a recurring meeting, e.g. "Create a weekly standup with [names] on Tuesdays and Thursdays"
- Clearing my calendar, e.g. "I'm going OOO next week. Decline my meetings and create an OOO block."

It's SO fun to see a calendar built for complex scheduling. I can't wait for all the folks who spend their lives furiously clicking around GCal to see how much time they get back.
