One app to rule them all! Ive been moving around the productivity app space to try to find the best one to properly manage my podcast and other media production projects. Clickup does it ALL! The todo and kanban functionality of Trello; the GTD and daily lists of Asana; the customisations of Notion; the ease of use of Monday; the integrations of Todoist; and the wiki and massive notes capabilities of Evernote! All this in one app! I love their integrations and there is no incremental charges for extra features! Pay your subscription and its all yours! I cannot recommend ClickUp enough, and their customer service is brilliant too! This is NOT a paid shill review; Clickup has changed how I organise my tasks and how I make my show! 5* for this one!

This is the best productivity tool I've ever used. Aside from the intuitive and fun to use interface, the inherent hierarchy makes the system easy to follow, because you can effectively zoom in or out (i.e. up or down the hierarchy) and thereby work with the level of focus that suits you best. The customer service team is very responsive, and the release cycle is frequent.

We've been using ClickUp for a long time now and the claim "one app to rule them all" isn't an exaggeration. Cheers to the awesome team for building an amazing product that actually lives up to its claims and solves real problems rather than piggy-backing on trends like no-code (sorry Airtable and Notion; I like you but I like ClickUp more).

I was using other similar products, but Clickup beat them all. I started with free version which I thought would be enough. However, I decided to upgrade and at the same time support great team behind it. They listen and deliver. I don`t know what would I do if I didn`t have it right now. All my tasks, scheduling and follow ups including CRM are in it :) I love to open CU everyday and go through my stuff. Besides, support is always there for you and Feedback page for members gives you overal view what`s happening and where the CU stand when comes to clients` features request. I highly recommend it. Once you are in, you won`t want to leave. At least this is me :) 10/10

[Disclaimer: I'm a ClickUp freak and will try to get anyone to use it at some point ] It's great for SCRUM and unlike Trello, you pretty much have everything as part of the package, no extensions or power ups required. Pros ✔️ - Flexible - Multiple views (boardz, lists, calendar, gantt…) - Zapier friendly -Google cal sync Cons ❌ - English only - The learning curve is definitely there, you'll be constantly finding new features you didn't know were there (this might be a pro though!) Stop reading and go try it 😉

I've tried a lot of different management tools, and I always end up with choosing between cruicial functionalities like timetracker, SSO integration, drag and drop etc. Clickup solves all my problems and it is supereasy to use. The documentation is flawless and intuitive to understand. Thank you for this amazing product!

At Digi jump we have been strugling with so many apps to deal with the daily stuff. For the first time we can have it all in one place. we let go of trello, meister task and google calendar to concentrat it all on Clickup. Keep the great work, we are huge fans.

As a project and programme manager and then business owner I've used #allthetools and tried #allthethings to make me want to use them but none of them have kept me using them as easily as ClickUp. In fact, I've been surprised how well I've stuck to using it and I've actually wanted to use it rather than feeling compelled. Been able to have multiple spaces to organise things but then see everything in one place, in multiple different views is brilliant and because I can use the calendar view it's also kept me in one place that I can't get distracted by emails or any other madness going on in the rest of my world. I'm using it as a CRM, project management tool, content scheduling and idea dump space and it's even where I'm planning my round-the-world tour in a few years...it's all in there. Brilliant.

The team loves ClickUp since we get more things done and keep both an overview of our projects in one place as well as enough details to be able to take action. We replaced several other systems with ClickUp so now we save a lot of time just on admin of each system as well as some costs. I have already recommended ClickUp to other businesses. The best app for managing all projects in a start-up.
