After trying many task management software like Monday, Asana, Trello, and Bitrix, I stuck with Clickup since it's by far the most intuitive to use. Sure, it does not has all the fancy features like Monday and Bitrix, but the usability for us (design studio with five employees) worth every penny. I like the continuous improvements and development of the product and the fact that they listen to their customers a lot. Although it's browser-based, the desktop client is just as good as the browser version. I love the handy browser extension as well, to measure how much time I spend with a task. Integrations are also lovely to have. Last but not least, their support and learning center is fantastic.

One App to rule them all! Seriously though, Clickup is an amazing tool with an amazing team behind it. I'm another one of those productivity app junkies who has tried many, many tools (Tasks, IQTELL, Asana, Podio, Todoist, Nirvana, Coda, Airtable, Notion....) but Clickup has wowed me with their features, their UI, and their relentless quest to get better every day. You never feel like you have to compromise on features because they either have it or plan to implement it. But it never feels bloated. They've clearly thought very hard about their design choices and made sure everything fits together cohesively. I highly recommend you try it out if you haven't already. 2.0 is a major upgrade and I love it.

I've used productivity tools since my first Palm PDA and never found one I was really happy with - till now. ClickUp has the right balance between ease of use and flexibility, with a nice UI and phone apps, supported by a great team who listen to their customers and respond quickly with updates. A great productivity tool.

Having tried all the obvious options for task and project mgt (Asana, Teamwork, Trello, Basecamp, etc) for our consultancy/agency this is by far the best and getting better, seemingly weekly. One day the CU product mgt process should be written up as a book. They totally smash it. Why is it so good? Ease of use, sensible options/constraints on how to setup projects, integrations with GSuite/others, views (love the options), resource planning, colo(u)rs Where can it get better? Timekeeping, reporting, mobile app and mind reading.

Really nice guys. Very responsive team, which help to solve every bug I find during work on their platform. After using plenty of task/project management tools (Leankit, JIRA, Trello, etc.) finally found ClickUp. Now recommending it to all of my friends.

Switched from Asana nearly two years ago as Clickup is a more complete app and much better value. Have been really impressed with the community interaction and new features that have been developed as a result

Tried almost all the services out there and came across ClickUp about 6 months ago. I still find new features which make me go 'wow' and it's transformed my daily workflow.

Zeb & Product Hunters. ClickUp is by far the best task and project management tool I have ever see or used, at any price. Their free version is amazing but the paid version is outstanding. It can be configured to do so much I have no hesitation to recommend ClickUp anyone. You would be absolutely crazy to not try this product. I am willing to bet 70% of people who try it will move to it. It controls my day better than my wife, it has the memory that I pretend I have, and it makes the people I work with think I am way smarter than I am. Someone once said employ smarter people than you. ClickUp is my smarter person. Just get it! It is that simple. And just to be clear I am simply a user. I have no association with the company or the people there. If anyone wants to chat I am happy to provide justification for over the top and my first ever recommendation on Product Hunt.

Absolutely love the new version of ClickUp. I've used plenty of PM tools and find it way more powerful and customizable than e.g. Asana, Trello and the like. And it's even cheaper, too.
