Congrats on the launch Oliver! Clearspace sounds like an amazing idea. Have you considered adding other exercises like yoga or stretching? That could appeal to a wider audience.😊 Congrats on the launch! 🚀

@lucasbenjaminfoster1 we also support squats and steps! would love to continue to the library to get everyones favorite movement in!

@lucasbenjaminfoster1 Both are great ideas! I definitely need a flexibility challenge, touching my toes was my new years resolution and I am not particularly close. 3 months left!! For the yogis among us, you might enjoy the default Clearspace mode, which requires users to do a deep breath and centering exercise before entering their apps!

@lucasbenjaminfoster1 love the idea of adding yoga or stretching—it’s definitely something we’ve been thinking about to broaden the appeal. And as Oliver mentioned, the breathing and centering exercise already taps into that mindful vibe. We’re always looking for ways to grow, so stay tuned!

This is absolutely amazing, Oliver and team! Clearspace is tackling such a crucial issue—finding balance in our digital lives. I love the innovative approach of earning time on addictive apps through physical motion. The customization options, from choosing exercises to setting difficulty levels, make it very user-friendly. It's clear that a lot of thought and care went into this feature. Plus, the additional tools like scheduled app access, notes, streak-building, and accountability partners truly make Clearspace a comprehensive solution for healthier digital habits. Upvoting this for sure! 🚀📱💪 @anteloper

The idea is unique. Be aware of the fitness apps - they are probably figuring out a way to implement such features to their apps LOL.
Stasia Avramenko
@defatom haha, good point! glad you think the idea’s unique—we definitely wanted to bring something different to the table. we’ll keep an eye on those fitness apps 😉 appreciate the support!
Oliver Hill
@defatom Thanks Max. If I start getting some technical DM's from fitness apps trying to figure out screen time controls I'll know what's happening. Give the app a shot and lmk what you think
Royce Branning
@defatom maybe - but might not be such a bad thing :)

Very interesting product! Usually my shoulders get uncomfortable when I play too much on my phone, after using clearspace I play a lot less often and get a good workout, now I feel great, thanks!

This is such a unique and powerful way to help people take control of their digital habits. I love the flexibility of being able to choose exercises and difficulty levels, making it accessible for everyone. One thing I’m curious about is how does Clearspace handle long-term habit formation? Does it track progress over time or provide insights into how digital habits are improving?
Oliver Hill
@alexander_kovalov Thank you for the kind words! We take a holistic approach to long-term habit formation, combining short-term interventions with long-term tracking and insights. So on a given day if you stay under your budget, you'll add one to your long-term streak, which is how many days in a row you have stayed under budget. We also have longer running reports and do a "Screen Time Wrapped" type rollup like spotify does every year

Upvoted. Though it reminds me the apps like Macadam that gives you money for walking :D
Stasia Avramenko
@istvanmeszaros88 thanks for the upvote! I get what you mean—there are definitely apps out there that reward you for being active. with clearspace, we wanted to add a unique twist by making physical activity a fun way to unlock your apps. it’s all about blending productivity with fitness. let us know what you think once you give it a try!
Oliver Hill
@istvanmeszaros88 That's fascinating I'll have to give Macadam a look. I wonder how that is sustainable to give users money for walking! But yes - @anastasi_avramenko nailed it - the twist here is that the reward is more focus, not money!
