Hey Product Hunt crew! 👋

I'm Adil, Founder of ClearCRM, and if you're a bootstrapped founder like me, you know the chaos of juggling a dozen tools just to keep your startup afloat.

Flashback to my last venture: Leads lost in silos, projects stalling during handoffs, and marketing scattered everywhere. The kicker? I shelled out $1,200 for an agency to configure HubSpot—on top of its hefty fees. We Frankensteined sales apps, email tools, and task managers, but deals dragged, customers ghosted, and setup ate my time.

I hunted for a real CRM that brought everything together—sales pipelines, quote-to-cash, marketing automation, and projects. Simple, no-code, affordable. Spoiler: it didn’t exist. Most “all-in-ones” were just to-do lists & tables with lipstick, and the alternative was bloated enterprise systems charging extra for every module.

So I built ClearCRM. Bootstrapped for indie hackers and small teams, it's the no-fuss CRM that slashes tool overload, automates the grind, and lets you focus on growth. Early users? They've cut chaos by 70% and closed deals 2x faster.

Quick highlights:

- Visual Pipelines: Drag-and-drop Kanban to guide leads and deals from spark to sale.

- Marketing Magic: No-code campaigns that nurtures leads and engages customers — built-in.

- All-in-One Hub: Projects, tickets, boards, and portals that keep everyone synced.

- Revenue Ready: Quotes, invoices, and dashboards at your fingertips — no extras.

- AI Sidekick: Generate-emails, setup auto-ticket replies, with more AI firepower on the way.

Rohan Chaubey

@adil_berdai Congrats on the launch, Adil. Can we integrate it with Slack or Google Workspace?

Adil Berdai

@rohanrecommends Thank you Rohan. Google Workspace and slack integration are both on the roadmap. Which one do you think needs to be prioritized first?

Jose Carlos Norte

@ClearCRM  @adil_berdai Congrats on the launch! Love the idea of a no-fuss CRM that actually does it all, excited to try it out!

Michael Dumas

@ClearCRM  @adil_berdai Biggest pain is the default emails for the drip campaign and the domain issues found in GHL. All the rest you stated was spot on! I can’t wait to try.

Adil Berdai

@ClearCRM  @mdumas Thanks for the shoutout, Michael! We're tackling those drip campaign email struggles and domain issues to make ClearCRM a seamless fit. Excited for you to try it—let us know how it goes with a free trial!

Most CRMs forget billing and project management. I like how it bridges those gaps instead of forcing third-party apps. That's exactly the type of integration small businesses need for smoother operations.

Adil Berdai

@angelina__ashley Thank you Iris for your comment. Small business appreciate the simplification. I wish I had similar tool in my previous startup :)

Kartic L Andrew

Really love this concept. It's automation-first approach makes it stand out from other CRMs. For small businesses, fewer tools mean fewer expenses and less hassle. The integration of sales, projects and billing just works.

Adil Berdai

@kartic__l__andrew Thank you Kartic. Glad you like the concept

William Woods

Automation inside the CRM is underrated. Following up leads is always a weak point for many teams. If it can handle that automatically, small business owners can finally breathe easier and focus on delivery.

Adil Berdai

@william_woods Thank you William for chiming in. Automation is core to ClearCRM, and we will make sure it is further tuned to our customers needs. Thank you for your comment

Vimalraj Vasu

Congrats @adil_berdai Love the all-in-one approach for small businesses. Wishing you great success ahead!

Adil Berdai

@vimalraj_vasu Thanks, Vimalraj. Greatly appreciate your support

Arthur Miller

It caught my attention because it aligns with how small businesses really operate. No one wants 6 different apps. Having everything tied together in one place makes scaling smoother and less stressful.

Adil Berdai

@arthur_millerb Thanks, Arthur! Our customers love the time and cost savings from consolidating into one workspace, making scaling smoother with less context switching.

Dinda Nancy

I'm impressed with the all-in-one design. Instead of switching between five different apps, everything is neatly managed here. It's practical and really feels like something that could help small businesses scale quickly.

Adil Berdai

@dinda_nancy Hi Dinda, Thank you for your comment. Totally agree! small businesses are seeing lot of value and savings in time and context switching. I'm glad you like it.

I’ve tested enough CRM platforms to know when one’s just another dashboard with lipstick. ClearCRM is different. It’s built for people who actually need to get things done—not just track them.

What stood out immediately was the integration of sales, marketing, project management, and billing into a single, no-code interface. No more duct-taping five tools together and hoping they sync. ClearCRM cuts through the noise and gives small teams exactly what they need: clarity, speed, and control.

The visual pipelines are intuitive, the automation builder is genuinely useful (not just a buzzword), and the built-in billing tools mean fewer handoffs and less friction. It’s not trying to be everything—it’s trying to be the right things.

It’s early days, and integrations like Slack and Google Workspace are still on the roadmap. But for bootstrapped teams or solo founders tired of CRM bloat, this is a strong contender.

Adil Berdai

@rakibulism Thanks for the thoughtful review, Rakibul! We're thrilled you see ClearCRM’s value in cutting tool overload for small teams. You nailed it—our focus is on clarity, speed, and control with an intuitive, no-code platform. Slack and Google Workspace integrations are indeed on the roadmap to make things even smoother. Appreciate your support and feedback! 🚀

Hussein

Congrats on the launch! First, I thought you were related to Clerk, because you have the exact same logo, except for the colors 👍

Adil Berdai

@hussein_r Hi Hussein, thanks for the congrats! Haha, good eye on the logo—pure coincidence, just a different color vibe! 😄 We’re all about streamlining small business workflows with ClearCRM’s all-in-one platform. Appreciate the support! 🚀 we will look into the logo and see if we need to tweak it. Thank you

Adil Berdai

@hussein_r Hi Hussein, we updated our logo, love to hear what do you think

Hussein

@adil_berdai Hey Adil, thanks for sharing your new logo! I really like this version — it feels much cleaner and definitely moves away from resembling Clerk. At the same time, I think there’s still room to make it even more unique. I experimented a bit with ChatGPT and came up with a quick variation that combines elements of your first logo with the new one, while giving it a stronger identity. I’m not 100% satisfied with it, but thought it could be interesting to share. That said, your new logo already works well and really underlines the simplicity of a clean CRM tool.

Adil Berdai

@hussein_r Thank you for the suggestions. Greatly appreciate your support

Does the automation builder support multi-step workflows or is it more linear for now?
Adil Berdai

@hamza_afzal_butt Hi Hamza, thank you for chiming in. Yes, the automation builder have multi-step workflows with branches, conditions and more.
