Great idea, it's free, user experience is sleek. Can't wait for the mobile app!

Congrats to @vinny_lingham and the Civic team, amazing to see the progress here! Finally a competitor to LifeLock and the early web competitors in the market. Thrilled by the rapid fast go-to market! 🙌🏻

Interesting...As a victim of ID theft, looking to learn more about this. Outside of real-time credit monitoring (which I am unfortunately signed up for), what does the insurance really cover here? Most Credit card companies will handle the situation, so would this cover Bank frauds/lost wages etc? Also would be curious to learn more about the relationship with these partners...what is their incentive here to pay for this coverage?

@sarthakgrover +1 these questions. Also, is your insurance primary or secondary? (secondary meaning, it kicks in after all other applicable ones are used first)

Any date set for the international expansion?
Vinny Lingham
@sean_brodie Most likely early 2017.

Interesting Problem - how did come up with this?

Why would they want an SSN? That's not required for other ID protection services. I quit when it came to that part of the sign up process.
Jesse Wallace
@rudmila_rahman This is just plain incorrect. It's the second step on Lifelock, the first step on AARP, and countless others. SSN (or partial) is a crucial part of monitoring your identity.

How do you have a login and no password reset?
Vinny Lingham
@chrisshort For security reasons during this early stage we had disabled password resets and will be allowing this shortly online. For now please contact our support team. I will forward your details to them immediately.

I'm getting stuck on the verifying email address screen. Server issue?

Love the idea of this product. I'm receiving an internal server error when adding my phone # (Which is from Puerto Rico) But I currently live in New York

never heard of it before but I like the idea. unfortunately I can't test this with a dummy account like I normally would with early adoption stuff. and I don't trust my identity info with an unproven source. I guess I'll have to just wait until it's a bit more mainstream.
