This is an amazing product Sandra! Have you thought about integrating this chatbot on your clients’ whatsapp account through whatsapp API? It is barely any cost and can open such big opportunities for people using whatsapp especially in countries in Europe, India and other countries Just give this a thought, I would be happy to present more points and aid you in this process Trust me, it is really simple to implement this in little time

@serdaraksoy Unfortunately no, but we've just released our integration with Zendesk so that the AI agents can create tickets on behalf of users, and another with Zendesk Sunshine for if the user asks the AI agent to speak to a human agent, the AI agent can transfer/handover the chat straight away! We're also working on our own help desk so keep an eye out. :)
