Hi Adrian, our product is connected with stripe for payment, they charge us 2.9%+0.3/order. Our customers buy tickets from us for the events they want to go. In this use case, how can we work with your platform?
@tyler_tian Hey Tyler, do you send them an invoice or do any customers have recurring charges? Chaching is really replacing the Stripe Billing portion of it, not the processing.
@bootl Putting that money back in your pocket haha, thanks for the support!

As someone who builds business OS stacks, the 'Stripe tax' on billing is a constant friction point for my clients. The fact that you keep the core processing on Stripe but cut the billing overhead by 50% is a huge win for scalability. Quick question: How does ChaChing handle complex migrations for existing Stripe Billing subscriptions without breaking the payment tokens?
Wow, ChaChing looks amazing! Cutting Stripes billing fees in half is a game changer. Im curious, can it handle complex usage-based billing scenarios with multiple tiers?
@quang_tri_u Its a common misconception that Stripe and Stripe billing are one. You can still process payments on stripe but use your own billing solution that integrates with stripe processing. We essentially connect to your stripe merchant account and handle the invoices and subscriptions separately to save you money
Congratulations on the launch Adrian. I really like the idea of cutting down the billing tax, the way you're thinking about customer states and invoices feels very intentional.
Quick question though, how are you approaching edge cases around things like proration and retries as you roll out more pricing models?

@adrian_rodriguez14 I tried signing up but do you not offer it to Canadian businesses yet? Canadian address?

Tried chaching earlier and what stood out to me was how simple it is to see your numbers in one place without digging through multiple tools. It feels practical and easy to get used to. Curious to see how it evolves with more usage.

@iambel0ved We continue to use stripe as the processor so the payment tokens stays the same, we just handle the subscriptions and invoices

@jaydev13 We're working on usage based billing use cases, I'd be happy to get your feedback and make sure we're building the right thing!
How do you manage to cut Stripe Billing fees by 50% while still keeping everything on Stripe?
