As an angel investor, investments are easiest to get done on Carta. Takes just a few minutes to sign, wire and receive my certificates. The simplicity and clarity of the process gives me (and I assume other investors) a lot of comfort

Congrats, team! I have plenty of founder friends who are fundraising on SAFEs. Can you describe what you mean by "automated SAFEs?"

Once you enter in a little bit of information, we will create a ready made SAFE for you to then send to your investors. But, best of all, you'll be electronically sending them the docs with Carta as well. You can go from a meeting to a funded SAFE within just a few minutes.
As an active early stage investor, I really appreciate it once a company starts using Carta or something similar. Great that this new Carta platform will help startups add this tool sooner
