I use Canva from one of it's initial days when we used to design flyers and posters when I was a freelancer. I love the using it. I wish, if I could be able to download the presentation in the PPT format too.

Thanks - It’s a free feature! Anyone can start creating a presentation right away. The only things that are not available for free are the ability to set up “brand kits” for your team to make sure they’re using all of the correct fonts, colours and layouts, a small set of Pro only templates, and Pro elements (like in the rest of Canva).
