We kept getting the same question after every session. So we just built the answer.

After people started using Bunzee, one pattern kept showing up.

They'd finish the competitor analysis, get the PRD, see the MVP scope and then ask:

"Okay... so now I still have to figure out the actual screens myself?"

Honest answer: yes. That was the gap.

The research was done. The strategy was clear. But there was still a wall between "I know what to build" and "I can hand this to a developer tomorrow."

So we've been quietly building the next piece: IA structure and wireframes that flow directly from the PRD output. Same session. No tool-switching. No starting from scratch.

It's not finished. Still rough in places. But we've been using it ourselves on every new feature decision which is either a good sign, or a sign we've completely lost objectivity.

Quick question for the builders here:

For those of you who've shipped a product that goes from research all the way to design handoff where did the workflow actually break down?

Was it the gap between strategy and wireframes? Between wireframes and developer handoff? Something else entirely?

Trying to figure out if what we're seeing is universal, or just specific to our users.
