Thanks. We started with lead generation as a use-case because many of our early users are marketers who spend money on Facebook ads that funnel users into a Facebook Messenger, but as we experimented with different AI prompts using sheet column headers we realized that there is a use-case for just learning more about your customers and your customer experience. A lot of useful data is embedded within messages, and you can't make sense of that data in any meaningful way because there is no structure to it. Excited to see what use-cases people come up with here.
This is super cool . I'm going to include in Friday's newsletter! Do you have a list of services that Botsheets can easily integrate with? You mentioned FB Messenger in the demo video, what other services does it work with?

Cool. Actually, we're currently just using GPT for sentiment analysis! It seemed to perform quite well in testing.
