Hi, guys, I'm Sari, the co-founder of Bontact. I'm a huge fan of Product Hunt and really excited that we got hunted! We started Bontact in 2014 because we saw that there were more and more communications channels that people were using, and we saw the need for a solution that brings them all together in one package. The idea was that the same way you might talk to your friends via phone, email, chat, SMS, Skype, Whatsapp, etc. throughout the day, websites should let their visitors talk to them through many channels easily from one place. We've currently got six channels in our widget and are working on adding more, as well as more features like bots. I'll be around all day to answer any questions, so just ping me if there's anything I can help with!

they make awesome chat apps and there are a ton of others. We wanted to do something different, though. There are a lot of times where site visitors would rather have a conversation in different channels beyond chat, or start a conversation through chat and then move to voice or Skype or whatever. We wanted to integrate all those channels in one place so that businesses don't lose that conversation.

Wow guys, this looks awesome! Good luck and well done! I do have a couple of questions.. Can I continue the same chat I started on my laptop with my mobile device? And do you have some date to share about the solution conversion rate? Thanks!
Ohad, thanks a lot for your support :) as for your questions, 1/ Yes you can :) One of the cool features in Bontact is the ability to continue the same chat on different devices and on different channels, all you need to do is click on "take it on the go" to switch while you are using the chat for example. 2/We have seen customers with over 25% increase in their website conversion rate, but it really depend on your website, the products you are selling and your target audience... one thing you can be sure of is that you will not miss any conversion because your visitors can not contact you the way they like

Great to see you on PH! I'd love to hear your thoughts on FB Messenger's API. Do you think that's going to take business away from you? Or are you working on integrating with them?
Facebook Messenger and the bots trend in particular represent a significant opportunity for us, we're already working to integrate with FB and other leading messenger apps
