Hey Product Hunt! I built BodyTree because I kept running into the same wall with calisthenics: I knew I wanted to eventually do a planche or a muscle-up, but I had no idea what to actually train today to get there. Most apps give you workouts. BodyTree gives you a progression system with 219 exercises across 31 skill branches (push, pull, legs, core, skills), structured exactly like the Overcoming Gravity framework (a book authored by Steven Low) that serious calisthenics athletes use. You unlock exercises as you hit real strength milestones, and the app auto-generates your program based on your current level and goals. A few things I'm proud of: - The skill tree makes it immediately obvious where you are and what's next - Progression criteria are built-in (e.g. 3×8 reps to advance a concentric skill) - Workouts adjust as you level up, no manual reprogramming Still early with video proof and social features are coming, but the core training loop is solid.
