@ivona_raef thank you so much :) have you tried it?

@dragos_bulugean Yes, I did, it looks impressive. Will refer it to the technical team for further analysis.

@ruslan77 thanks Ruslan! Nwicode looks promising as well :)

@dragos_bulugean Thanks! We will introduce your platform to our clients

We use it for code documentation for customers and it's the perfect addition to inline code comments. Lightning fast easy to use and removes knowledge silos in a breeze. Highly recommend for smaller and medium sized teams and companies, that want a fast, searchable and clean documentation tool with endless possibilities!

@christoph_aufmhoff you guys have been a really great source of feedback since becoming a customer. Super happy to have you in the platform :)

Archbee is awesome. It’s a really flexible platform. Since I started using it a few months ago, I’ve created wikis, notes, meeting minutes, to do lists, etc. I love how fast it is compared to other apps I’ve used in the past, and it supports markdown and the editor is fantastic. So writing there is a real pleasure.

@luispw thanks for the love. We'd also love to hear what can improve upon :)

Hey @dragos_bulugean! Of course, there’s always room for improvement! There are 3 things I’d improve: 1) As I mentioned on Facebook, I’d love to see Zapier and Pabbly Connect integrations soon, especially to provide access to protected content. 2) Also, in the editor, I’d improve the color picker, especially for bold text. 3) And finally, it would be nice to have a bit more control over the look and feel of the pages and workspaces. Maybe more options to customise header, font, logo, etc. But still, I’m extremely happy with Archbee. 🙂

We (team of 15) are using Archbee for 4-5 months now and are a big fan. One of the main differentiating features for us is that we can share documentation externally as well.
Dragos Bulugean
@carsten_lebtig thanks Carsten. your team was an amazing input, and will be more so as you grow hopefully :)

We use Archbee 2.0 for employee onboarding. It makes it damn simple and saves a lot of time. If you're comparing it with notion etc. this is the fastest of the lot, I've tried them all and I only come back to Archbee. The best note taking tool indeed 🙌

@superminnu thanks, really appreciate the kind words!

We really like Archbee! It is one of the best tools for documentation! We're using it for more than a year and the team behind is improving the tool all the time! Congrats @dragos_bulugean and the team!

Dragos, congratulations on the launch! Curious tho, if I am currently on Notion, what does Archbee offer that would be a differentiator? They seem/feel similar but maybe there are something I cannot see that would make me switch.

@spnsrmnstr hi. There is some overlap in usecases (e.g. team wiki), and some UX patterns are very similar, but that's about it. What's very different: 1. Archbee is more focused on technical audiences: developers (apidocs, diagrams, markdown, Mermaid.js, changelogs), technical writers and SaaS 2. Archbee provides hosting for collections of docs (which AFAIK Notion does not) 3. We're a very small team and are focused on 1 thing only: documentation. Notion is an all-in-one tool that tries to do Project Management and Data with their tables. 4. We're a very simple solution UX wise: Notion is super complex (that can be a really good thing in some cases) Humbled people compare us with Notion: they have a great team, product, and great funding!

I love the product. It is impressive the progress made in the short period since initial launch. Biggest Likes - - Simplicity of editor and use - Ease of adding and controlling users access - range of available blocks - linking between documents - versioning and logg of changes Desired future improvements - allow option to open linked doc in new tab (like regular links) - table/trail to show in which docs the current doc is mentioned (so that can easily go back to original doc if needed) - additional services/blocks for video links (getcloudapp, Clapboard, etc.) Great app
Dragos Bulugean
@molodoi_molodoi thanks for the feedback :)

I'm using Archbee for over 9 months. It has been reliable, full featured and speedy. A steady flow of improvements by the owners shows that this is not just a fly by night. Great product!
