@lpellis hey loftie, we look at factors such as how footfall is impacted by weather, events and demographic change, and we of course evaluate seasonality and trend as part of our model. Thanks for that spelling correction. How silly of us! πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

man.. I work with various AI engines all day.. this took some serious coding on the back end. someone did their homework. I would advise to have a free plan to allow people to see the value in this and allow them to put this data to use on their own website. If you throw the pay wall up at this point word will not spread.
