@Olivierpailhes - gotcha! TBH, I don't have a use for business phone calls myself (I try to avoid the phone when I can), although I can see how it would be very useful for some businesses. Simply having a phone number on the site can make it more trustworthy for some visitors.

This looks neat! We use Grasshoppper for our customer service calls and have been struggling with outages and problems for what seems like forever. How long is the queue to try it?

@heydjeff Thanks for your input! Point 1. Key for us. We are focusing on smart routing rules. The trick is to maintain a system that is VERY simple to configure. We're into it but we'll put it online only when it's really really well done. Point 2 is not our core focus right now to be honest. I don't think we'll disrupt things before a long time here...even if we agree that delay sucks :/ Point 3. Agree with you. - we want it to allow the admin to measure & improve call handling performance. We'll have this end of April.
