@matthew_glossop the EEAT score of the EEAT checker looks specifically at the URL to check. The Content Quality score as component of the Findable Score takes EEAT into account but also other content related signals.

In your case for Brand Recognition you want to work on getting your content and brand into areas that are picked up for training material (think: Wikipedia, Reddit, Common Crawl, Youtube, newspapers, magazines, …)
For pagespeed you want to check Google Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed Insights and figure out how you can improve your rating.
