The best startups are bought not sold. MicroAcquire helps startups find buyers. Simple as that. We’ll help you start conversations that lead to an acquisition. Free. Private. No middlemen.
This is a pretty cool idea. We'll definitely be checking this out with our products in the future!

@andrewgazdecki I love what you do. Are we a fit for MicroAcquire or any other suggestions? We have 30 fitness professionals and a couple of brands we built iOS & Android fitness apps. Our admin manages the apps and video content. The biz model combines a SaaS and shared revenue relationship generating about $4,000 a month revenue. It is break-even without ownership compensation.
I understand the pain point that MicroAcquire is trying to solve very well. Acquisitions and earn-outs are the single biggest ways that small startup founders can get monetary returns to the sweat and tears they have invested in their startups, sometimes much more than an IPO can give you.
Finding an interested acquirer and starting the conversation is the most single thing small startup or bootstrapped founders usually ask, when they think they are ready for it. I think MicroAcquire helps tremendously in that aspect.
