Abstract - Design collaboration without the chaos

Version 0.66 currently. Use with caution, I've had nothing but headaches with this software

Pros:

Source Control for Sketch files, pretty novel

Cons:

Crashes constantly, confusing interface, TONS of bugs

It's a great concept but the implementation is still lacking; resource usage is incredibly high, the application is frustratingly slow, and the amount of bugs encountered is in the tens per day.

Pros:

Very cool VCS for design tools

Cons:

only for sketch, INCREDIBLY resource intensive, very buggy

Haven't used it yet, but this is remarkably necessary!

When I was registering, the username field gives an example of "jane.doe", but when I try to have a ".", it gives me a warning says "only letters, numbers, and underscores allowed"......

Congrats @jbrewer! I tried abstract for the first time today and it's amazing! Reading the comments here also feels like you guys are onto something great. Just a question if I was to seriously consider moving to abstract for my team. How does the file management work for non sketch files. Say prototype files like principle or origami. Do I still have to keep my Dropbox team account and use abstract only for sketch documents? How have others done this?

What should I say to get my design team to move away from Zeplin?

Any plans for supporting Adobe files (PS & AI)? I'd love to use Sketch, but my work has an enterprise Adobe license so I have to use PS and AI.

Have been using this throughout Alpha - such a solid project. Solving a problem EVERY designer faces. The support team has been so accommodating for all my questions / concerns. Definitely a product worth getting, no question!

Seriously, this is the best versioning and collaboration tool I've ever used. Well done!
