Customers can come and book you on your website, where you embed a booking form from 24sessions, but branded in your own colors and with your logo. That's great!

Nothing to download! That's a deal-maker

Cons:

There are probably more suitable solutions for internal team communication, this is geared towards customers ..

No possible to get confirmation to attend from other participans after setting up a meeting. Hard to find other complaints.

Looks amazing. Interacting with customers via video is really important. Your tool might come in handy soon!

Simple, Quality and Professional video calls/screen sharing. It has been a perfect tool for client meetings. Highly recommended.

I love their booking and meeting functionality! It really is as if Skype and Calendly had a baby! And a good looking and healthy one! :-)

Had some technical issues with the loading, entering the meeting rooms etc. when I first started using it, but they have been very responsive to my issues and have fixed them. So I feel really confident in their team.

My major issue though is the thing about the lack of different sets of email templates for each meeting type. Use case 1:

When clients book a strategy sessions, I need them to have one set of emails to go out (preparing them for the session etc.). But when I do UX sessions, I need another set of emails to go out with different prepration etc. I can't do that.

Use case 2: My company is both Danish and English. So I need to have mails different sets of emails for each country. I can't do that.

Hopefully that comes soon!

Other wishlist items:

- Audio only meetings (where video is disabled from the beginning)

- Screen control - so you can control the user's screen

All in all I recommend them a lot!

Lack of different sets of emails for each meeting type.

No audio only chat

A really beautiful platform that does what it says! A really ingenious product that makes the process of creating a video call from a booking seamless! Ability to get pre-booking questions answeredis another feature that I love (plus review post-call!)

Really love how the teams listens to feedback from the user-base, with more features being added like mobile browser capability (so no need for clients o download an app!l

Great product, great team! Does what it says beautifully and the team listens to it's user-base and constantly improves the product!

Direct integration with a storage platform would be nice!

I would like to be able to just screenshare more easily without the system checking for a video connection or for systems that don't have video.

Pros:

Nothing to download, intuitive interface

Cons:

The one-off is a bit cumbersome and I would like the option to just screenshare without video more easily.

I have used this software for about 4 months. It's so super useful and my clients love it too!

Pros:

flexibility, clear sound and vision, no having to load software.

Cons:

None found so far.
