Two major benefits after using 24Sessions for over a year now:
1. The amount of timed saved, by using 24Sessions for a lot of the customer interaction in our organization, is pretty remarkable.
2. Our customers love the new way of interaction with us. (This takes a short period of adaptation but definitely worth it)
The product and features are just really well thought out. They managed to cover every aspect of a perfect video meeting. All of it with a flawless UI/UX design. The level of simplicity is just beautiful. Roadmap looks very promising!
The integration with intercom is going to have a massive impact.
