Best
Good platform and video/audio quality.
The branding is definitively a plus for companies.
The feature I like the most is that users don't have anything to install! I've tried
TeamViewer: users must install it or use an executable file (and it's often hard to tell them how to do it BEFORE you share your screen) and I've been blocked (free version) because it was considered commercial usage (even though I don't charge)...
Zoom: pretty good, but again, if they want full access to all the features, they need to install it (limited functionality in the browser, like no webcam)... So, not good if it's a one-time only meeting...
Pros:
- Nothing to install for you or your client! (except a browser extension for those who want to share their screen)
- Branding
- Scheduling
Cons:
Though possible, not the fastest way to create "on the fly" meetings (what they call live meetings)...
Thanks for this @nelmediaweb! We are working on a meeting generator, which will allow you to create a meeting on the fly!

24Sessions has been my go to tool for video chat for a while. I recommend it to anyone who does lots of product demos and who doesn't want to fuss with downloads, Zapping a bunch of stuff together and paying for multiple apps. The team is wonderful to work with and support is fantastic.
Pros:
Nothing to download
call quality is great
Eliminates the need for multiple apps (calendar, video)
Cons:
None that I can think of

Nice product! What are the main 3 differentiators between Zoom and 24sessions?
@romanarellano Great question!
Zoom is awesome. They're a rock solid company, but...
1. Zoom still requires your guests to download software, which causes unnecessary friction resulting in drop-offs and delays.
2. 24sessions combines booking and video-calls, providing you and your customers a seamless process for setting up to having video-calls.
3. 24sessions is also branded, so your logo and colours throughout the flow making this a more personal experience, which fits excellently in the customer journey.
Our team can hop on a call and guide you through all the benefits of 24sessions. Just book a time here: https://meet.24sessions.com/24se...

24sessions is a great solution. Easy to use and it does look great. My clients book directly with my calendar link. It also has a live now feature that I use. It's branded with my logo and it looks like my personal meeting room. No friction, once they click the meeting link they're in the meeting room with me. Very professional look. Also, branded emails from my company. There are more improvements on the roadmap too so really a great product!
Use it. Love it
24sessions will solve your pain using one app to schedule meetings and another one to run demos/meet with your clients.
Video quality is great. Setting up takes some time and support, but than serves you well for your purpose.
Love the widget feature, it lets you place the scheduling thing directly to your website, so one doesn't have to click a link and get to a different page to do that. Can be done right on the spot.
We also use it in Intercom with Intercom's new Get a Demo app. Sweet!
Thanks for a great solution for my needs. Go get it

I like the most that it's easy to use 24sessions and it has many features. Making appointments is much easier with 24sessions, you don't even have to write emails to make one, saves a lot of time.
Pros:
Allows screen sharing; "audio by phone" option if internet connection is really bad; possible to connect with GoogleCalendar; free trial.
