@mat_sherman and I have been talking about meditation and I was remembering I had tested out @Calm and @Headspace. I searched forums and see references to these in convos 5 years ago. They still seem like the main contenders, but I also just downloaded @Insight Timer App @Breathwrk and https://www.meditatehappier.com/ too.
Anyone have experience with any of these? I'm new to meditation, have tried it a few times but have yet to build a habit and need to! Any recs are greatly appreciated!

Hey Product Hunt,
Breva 2.0 is finally live on iPhone!
I built Breva because I wanted a calmer way to reset during the workday without opening a full meditation app or getting pulled into my phone.

Hey everyone,
I launched Foyer here last month. It's a small app that turns ambient sound into a place. You sit in the middle of a black canvas as a point of light, and each sound is a glowing orb you can drag around yourself: a hearth, rain, a stream, a city somewhere in the distance. Pull one closer and it gets louder. Slide it to the left and it moves to your left ear. It's real binaural audio, so with headphones on it feels like you're sitting inside the room instead of listening to a track.

I m curious to know: What are some of the apps, tools, or services you ve discovered that have truly transformed the way you work or build your startup/product, or basically helped you in day-to-day work productivity? It could be anything from project management, productivity hacks, automation, communication, or even wellness tools that help you stay focused.

Since I've been watching Bryan Johnson's experiments on his body, I've also become interested in tools that help to improve life. (Mainly hardware, but also software.)
In my opinion, more and more people from more developed countries want to improve the quality of their lives, and therefore they are willing to invest quite a lot in these things.
I can see it predominantly in the US market, UK, Canada, Germany, France, and possibly Sweden.

I recently launched my first wellness app, Momentia, a mindful journaling app designed to help people check in with their moods quickly. It s been a rewarding (and humbling) experience, and I wanted to share a few lessons that might help other makers in this space:
Simplicity wins. People don t want a complicated system when it comes to journaling or mental wellness. Small, consistent actions matter more. I discovered this both in my own wellness journey and from early test users.
Community > marketing spend. The most valuable traction so far has come from engaging with communities like this one, not ads.
Your own habits matter. I ve found myself becoming the best test user using the app daily gave me insights I d never get from wireframes or specs.
Feedback is gold. Early testers and even casual users often highlight things I would ve missed as a builder. Just the other day, an early adopter gave me unsolicited feedback in a casual conversation and it turned out to be incredibly valuable.
Launching something in the wellness space has reminded me how important it is to keep things human and approachable. Momentia started as an idea to help me, and I can only hope it helps others, too.

I ve noticed that many health products have a real chance of getting featured on Product Hunt.
And it makes sense. Health is the most valuable thing we have, so if a product is innovative and genuinely helpful, it should be accessible to as many people as possible.
