Which apps or tools have drastically improved your startup/workflow?

Hey everyone,

I’m curious to know: What are some of the apps, tools, or services you’ve discovered that have truly transformed the way you work or build your startup/product, or basically helped you in day-to-day work productivity? It could be anything from project management, productivity hacks, automation, communication, or even wellness tools that help you stay focused. 🎯

To share a few of mine:

Notion has been a game-changer for organizing all my tasks and notes in one place.

Zapier saves me hours by automating a lot of repetitive cross-app workflows. Though I am planning to ditch it very soon 😅

And I’ve been using Calm regularly to reset and maintain mental clarity during busy workdays.

Looking forward to hearing what’s worked well for you and picking up some new recommendations!

Notion and Google Sheets have been huge for me, but honestly, my own tool, Cal ID keeps my daily workflow moving.
Also, lately, tools like for quick forms and Frill have saved a ton of time, especially for remote collab and user feedback.

Yeah tally is really cool. Has that clean notion style design, and so easy to deploy and has a lot of features that most people need.

thanks for using Tally! Feedback is always welcome 🙏

Thanks, Marie! Love what you're building.

We use Tally for customer surveys at Klariqo and it's been great. The Notion-style editor makes it so much faster to build forms than traditional tools.

Keep up the great work! 🙌

Tally has been awesome so far! I felt the need for a few minor improvements in the editor that I'm happy to share via email. So far, so good!

Some basic one – Apple Reminders – I schedule my ideas there :)

Ah that's nice! Have to check it out, because usually throughout the day, as much as Notion helps, my ideas personally are all over the place.

No worries, I use Notion too, but not so much as I used to :D

Cursor and claude :)

Oh gosh, yeah I can't think of a day, without those 2. Literally 10 years ago, as soon as my PC would boot up, steam would be the first thing that I started. Now its cursor and claude code haha.

I used Trello, Miro, and Notion, but recently I switched to instead to cover all the cases I needed from those 3 previous tools.

Hey Ansh! Great stack. Notion is amazing, but I totally agree with you on Calm—mental clarity is heavily underrated in the startup grind.

Actually, the balance between deep work and personal wellness (like using Calm) is exactly why we are building Resurgo.

I found that modern tools can sometimes become a source of distraction themselves. So, we took our UI all the way back to the terminal days—completely minimalist, no fancy distractions, just a pure workspace.

But under the hood, we use AI chatbots to merge your work and wellness. Resurgo tracks your tasks and goals, but also your sleep, calories, and daily habits. The AI actually remembers your personal data and analyzes it to build realistic daily plans for you.

"Resurgo" means to rise up, and we're trying to help founders do exactly that without the burnout.

Also, super curious—what are you planning to replace Zapier with? ? 👀
