With all smart HW devices (Aura rings, Smart watches) and software (exercise apps, step counters, calorie trackers), we can prevent serious diseases.
Which new technology has significantly improved your health and lifestyle?
I have to admit that I don't use many of these devices (apart from pedometers), but, for example, I came across an app that can detect hair loss early by analysing scalp images. I found it quite interesting and useful.

I do not use such applications much, but what I am truly happy about is that I bought a fitness tracker. It is really good because I have been exercising. However, I cannot name any medical apps that have significantly improved my life

@busmark_w_nika At that time, I got a Xiaomi fitness band that helped me with my workouts. I really like that it can last up to seven days on a single charge, unlike smartwatches

@ixord I haven't been using Xiaomi for ages, to be honest, I do not want to go back from iPhone :D
