Breva on iPhone
Hey Product Hunt,
Breva 2.0 is finally live on iPhone!
I built Breva because I wanted a calmer way to reset during the workday without opening a full meditation app or getting pulled into my phone.
Breva is a small breathing companion. You choose a breathing technique, pick a session length, and follow a soft visual orb with optional sound and haptic feedback.
The thing I’m most excited about is the tactile part. On Mac, Breva can use trackpad haptics. On iPhone, it uses device haptics. In 2.0, you can also adjust the haptic BPM, so the rhythm can feel slower, steadier, or more grounded depending on what you need.
What’s new in 2.0:
- iPhone support
- Adjustable haptic BPM
- Refined breathing sessions
- A cleaner light and dark mode experience
- Better settings
- A calmer, more tactile flow across Mac and iPhone
Breva has no account, no tracking, and no subscription funnel. It is meant for short, realistic reset moments between writing, coding, calls, work, study, or whenever your nervous system needs a little room.
You can try Breva here:

I’d love feedback on three things:
1. Does haptic guidance make breathing easier to follow?
2. Would you use Breva more on Mac or iPhone?
3. Which breathing technique feels most useful during the day?
Thanks for checking it out.

Congrats on the launch!
I like the focus on keeping it simple. The no-account and no-tracking approach is a nice touch, keep it up!
I prefer using this on iPhone, because it’s a device I have with me all day. I don’t need to work my way back to my Mac to take time for mindfulness.
Since I do these exercises with my eyes closed, it would be helpful to prevent the screen from locking — iPhone thinks I’m no longer paying attention. Also, please consider writing mindfulness data to Health.
I actually got into the double inhale through the nose, long exhale through the mouth after hearing Andrew Huberman talk about it on his podcast. It’s scientifically proven to reduce stress almost instantly, and it really works for me
