Happy to find Product Hunt!

Hey everyone,

Im Greg, a full stack developer and jr data analytics engineer. I'm preparing to launch my first SaaS after making 10 or 12 products that are in limbo and or abandoned.
I'd love to meet more marketing professionals and community builders than I have in my development circles. I've done marketing and creatives for others before, but never for my own venture. Its different when you are starting from scratch! Hoping this community can help me make my product launch successful. Its a wonderful product that Im very proud of, but with all this time coding and writing tests Ive spent very little time thinking about how to get people to try it.
Im thinking about offering some free 3 month subscriptions or something to anyone who tries it out in the first few months. During that time id be building out my enterprise features more. Does anyone have experience with successful soft launches like that? Or like.. a tiered launch for different market scaling?

Does Launching with a Hunter Really Make a Difference?

Hi everyone,

I m about to launch my product, ViralSort 2.0, and I m exploring whether to launch with a Product Hunt hunter or do it on my own.
I ve launched a few products both with hunters and independently, but I m still not convinced which approach truly drives more visibility, engagement, or traction.
Has anyone tried launching with a hunter?
Did it make a noticeable difference, or would you recommend submitting independently?
I d love to hear your experiences, insights, or even lessons learned from both approaches!

Product Hunt AI Coach

We made a product hunt AI coach! Do check it out... we named her Christina, in honor of @chrismessina who has given us great advice about product hunt!
Experience the product hunt coach at this link. We used our AI tool called Creatium to create interactive content on how to handle a product hunt campaign... check it out at the below link! If you do have feedback on the experience, you could provide it on our product hunt page... https://www.producthunt.com/prod... We very much appreciate your inputs and support. Thank you!
Launching on product hunt: interactive content with a coach

Launched Creatium today!

Hey PH Community -- we launched @Creatium today!!!
Creatium was started when @drcreatium , @maria_wall_ball and, @huntingforunicorns watched their families struggle with online learning during COVID. Frankly, it sucked. Enter Creatium a tool that makes any content into interactive online learning experiences that... don't suck.

Our tool can turn your idea into an interactive lesson with simulations and games in minutes. You can make a big impact by adding lifelike AI video coaches who actually talk back and adapt to your learners' questions or needs while keeping the learners focused on the topic.

The results have blown our minds:

- 5-8x faster content creation

What would you advise amateur people who want to "vibecode" projects?

I've heard a lot of hate when someone with minimal or no coding knowledge starts vibecoding a project. And monetising it on top of that.

But many experienced programmers who have been in the industry for quite some time didn't like that.

How do you fix small imperfections in AI-generated images without regenerating a whole new one?

Sometimes, I generate images for my blogs using ChatGPT. There are times when it generates an almost perfect image but with minor imperfections.

If I write a prompt again requesting it to fix the imperfection, it generates a totally new image which is not as per my expectation.

What can universities truly offer students if tech firms value experience over degrees?

Traditional professions like doctors, judges, and the like need specialised academic guidance (certificate) + experience. I agree.

But what about technical and humanities? So far, everyone has argued that a university will bring contacts (I'm not arguing, that's true... but the same can be done with hustling/projects).

Hey PH Community, Product Designer here!

Hi everyone

I m Vishwas, a product designer from India. I ve been in love with design since high school I actually started out tinkering in Photoshop, doing graphics, and slowly found my way into the world of tech and products.

Over the years, that curiosity turned into an obsession: how design can solve real business problems. Today, I work with SaaS founders to craft user experiences and interfaces that don t just look good, but also drive growth, retention, and revenue.

I enjoy diving deep analyzing products, researching competitors, and helping founders shape MVPs that actually ship and succeed. A few of those MVPs I ve designed are live and being used today, which is honestly the most rewarding part.

I m Sneh, a Product Manager based in Chicago, USA obsessed with building practical AI solutions and scaling agent-driven workflows. Hi PH peers,

I hope you're all well!

Hey PH Folks!

Hello all! I'm Jason Rivard.

I spent an entire career in tech, I must have a natural love for it.

My first "real" job? Selling the first generation of digital cameras and camcorders (alongside film and VHS ones!) at BestBuy. I always took pride in being the "guy that could answer any question" about any of the products we sold. I moved up into the world of cell phones, spent a decade in telecom sales, then moved into the world of servers, storage and networking (pre cloud era!) Soon, with the cloud wave, I found myself immersed in global SaaS companies. Today, I find myself venturing off into my own endeavors. I currently run a small, NH based firm that focuses on developing pragmatic uses of Ai. I find myself obsessing over the notion of using Ai to free humans for higher order tasks.
Ive also fallen in love with Product Hunt, I guess you could call me a long time lurker.

Hi, PH community! Helping build a tool that's designed to make learning interactive.

Hi folks!
I'm Anisha, a growth strategist, and we're building AI-powered learning that actually adapts to each person. I started out editing content, but now I'm all about making interactive learning accessible to everyone (because, let's be real, we've all sat through terrible training videos). When I'm not nerding out over AI and growth automation, you'll find me on the golf course -- I'm a professional golfer ranked in India's top 30! Nothing like a morning round to spark the best ideas. Super passionate about using AI to democratize great education.
We're launching on Product Hunt soon, and I'd love to know: what's your biggest pain point when using AI to build decks, slides, training, or lessons?

👋 Hello PH! Building AI for influencer marketing

Hey Product Hunt! I'm Lizzie, excited to join this amazing community of makers! I've been working in marketing and I'm currently building an AI agent that helps brands discover and manage influencer partnerships more effectively - basically trying to solve the chaos of finding the right creators and tracking campaign performance. Looking forward to learning from everyone here and would love to hear: what's your experience with influencer marketing? Any major pain points?

What activities to do after the PH launch?

Yesterday, we discussed how many times it is beneficial to launch on this platform.

With each launch, there is a benefit of "exposing yourself".

Andrei: Founder of Malaneo

Hi there,

I am Andrei a solo developer and the founder of Malaneo AI. I live in Germany and got a beautiful girlfriend that really supports me with founding every product I launch. Honestly, I failed twice and I've put two years into developing failed products. And this time I aim to get things right. Learning from past mistakes I am currently building a platform that ships physical products with generated AI designs and images.

  1. Choose a product: a cup, a poster, a tote bag, ...

  2. Prompt via chat interface anything you can imagine. Tell us your design goal.

  3. Our AI creates the design and fits it directly onto the product.

  4. You can order it directly. We produce it. We deliver it to your doorstep.
