Thank goodness I read these reviews. I was going to switch to Wing, verified that my phone would work and they said I could keep my number. Then at 2:30 am, I get a text message from them asking me how much I pay for my current service and they'd love to save me money. I told them to cancel my order for a sim card and they kept texting me for another hour trying to convince me to try their Service and they have great reviews. I am so glad I didn't give them my credit card information.

Don't do it. Terrible customer service. They lie about what their service offers when they on-board you. When you try to leave they make it very difficult to get the info you need to port out. They're now threatening to lose my number if I don't pay for another month of service while I wait for a sim card to arrive from my new provider. Shady, shady, shady.

You get exactly what you pay for. First off, the good deal is with Sprint towers. What a shit show that is. Once you figure out that your phone is all but useless, they will get you on a well priced fixed plan using AT&T towers. Not horrible but certainly far from great. I had "No Service" in places that I never considered like sitting in my house in Nashville or just outside of Atlanta. In any case, it's a little like the mafia. Once you're in, you have to die to get out or so it feels. They will do anything to fail to assist you in a timely manner. When I switched to another provider it was a painful process. It just was what it was. Not a bad service for your kids but if you are doing business and need to stay in communications, run away. Outside of that, customer service is dicey at best.

I’m so glad I read the reviews. After reading the majority of the reviews I’ll definitely stay with Verizon. They make this company sound good but reading these reviews definitely tells a different story
I chatted with them today thanks to this hunt, gotta say they certainly were very nice, transparent and such. Unfortunately they don't have business plans yet which is my current need, but I'm very interested in watching the disruptors in this space and when 5G rolls out, perhaps we will see more competition from both wireless and ISPs.

I just finished setup for bringing my own phone. The agent went over and beyond to get the number I needed for an ancient call box in my secure apt bldg entry. 5 star srrvice!
