I got Wing about 3 years ago for 4 lines in my family. We got the AT&T plan, way cheaper than what we were originally paying, yes. For a solid 3 years it was great. They had awesome customer service & always were great to help. Until about 6 months ago. My boyfriends line & I started having data connectivity issues. Only our two lines. We had customer service act like they wanted to help; then it was “oh, actually there’s a service outage in your area.” When we all live in the same area & the other 2 lines were fine. I work from my phone so I needed my data to work when I was out. Then the day our bill was due for the next month, the support guy tells me he can’t help me until our bill is paid. We didn’t want to risk paying an entire month on service to again not work so we switched to Verizon. Just our two lines. Then, they ran us through the water to get our porting information, we had to pay another month for the two lines we weren’t going to use (we switched it to the lowest plan at $20 a month per line). We ported out successfully then didn’t have an issue: until today. About 3 days ago another line ported out. Today we were charged unlimited for 2 lines (one is off) with autopay. We NEVER had autopay on the whole 3 years we were with Wing & we never switched back to unlimited. Trying to get it all solved now, but I’ve never been so disappointed. They have so many little “rules” they don’t tell you about & apparently just sign you up for it. Goodluck to them.
