i love my service with Wing, truly unlimited, unlike AtT(my previous carrier) was hesitant at first, but glad that I took the courage to give it a try! 😁
Wing. What can I say about wing? A lot. And none of it good. We joined wing right from the beginning of its creation. They promised a lot, with little ability and resources to be able to deliver. Let me just tell you about my personal life experience with the worst phone company I’ve ever had. Let me preface this by saying, I’m easy to please. I don’t leave bad reviews typically and a lot of the time I can say, “we’re all human, accidents happen!” But patterns and consistency don’t lie. Firstly, let me at least commend them on their prices. That part of the company is super pleasing. Or at least it would be if we had any cell signal whatsoever, which shocker... we didn’t. Upon ordering our devices through wing, a month went by with no sign, upon contacting wing we get a very unprofessional and obviously untrained agent saying “oh yea, sorry we must’ve forgot to place the order.” More weeks go by and we constantly have to remind them to ship it to us. Then the wrong SIM cards were sent, that was another month or so of waiting for them to do their jobs. It’s like they don’t even have a computer to where they can log and remember orders. For gods sake even a notepad to just remember a single thing. We tried to chalk it up to being a new company still working out the kinks, so we stayed with them in hopes of improvement. Eventually I was eligible for a trade in to receive a newer device. In doing this, my old phone lease would be cleared once my device arrived to them, and my new one would appear for me with the new device. I sent my device in, and after weeks. Nothing. Until I got on to tell my wing agent. Yep, I had to constantly tell the wing agents things they should already know. Another few weeks go by, and they still hadn’t cleared the lease. So here I am, two wing affirm leases, and one device. It took almost a month of constant badgering and reminding them for them to finally locate my “missing” trade-in and clear the lease. Any time we’ve needed to order anything it’s the same thing. With all the work I’ve done FOR them, I deserve a paycheck. Leaving them for a new company was the best thing we did. And don’t worry, Wing won’t make that easy for you either. The agents are incompetent, leave the chat at random because they don’t want to deal with it, forget anything you ever said, fail to reference previous chat logs or orders, the list goes on. Not to mention half the time they can’t form a sentence without numerous errors and bad grammar. If you’re interested in lower prices, I’d highly recommend that you realize you will be getting what you pay for. Pay a little more or even the same for a service like T-Mobile that will give you what you need. Wing is small, but they DO not know what they are doing. Do not go with them unless you want orders forgotten and lost, rude and untrained customer service, and most likely terrible cell service. Also, they’ve removed all avenues for posting reviews now, which is saying something. Good riddance wing!

Have already changed and getting way faster service than I ever did with Verizon for the last three years. And to top it all of, the amount I am paying is not even close to my previous bills. 5/5 would recommend!
They are trash. Took a month and a half for me to receive my iPhone after ordering from Wing’s website. They deserve to be shut down immediately as they are a scam and will lie about when your product is delivering. F them.

Amazing coverage, affordable plans, great customer service. What more can you ask for? Switching to Wing is one of the best decisions I made.

So I was LIED to by this company & promised great things & have gotten nothing but headaches. Switching over was a 3 day headache. They said my phone would work but once I put their SIM in I had to work with 4 different tech support people in order to get my phone to make calls & texts. And I still to this day show 2 unread texts but there is nothing. Never had that issue until Wing. So I activated on 11/26/2019. I just confirmed this with a rep yesterday. I paid $7.00 at the time of activation & got a $13.00 credit. A week later, I was charged & paid $20 for the monthly fee for 12/4 through 1/5/2020. I didn't pay the next $20 immediately on 1/5 so they suspended my service. On 1/11/2020 I went online to my account to pay the bill. Low & behold, it shows $20 for service (for 1/4 thru 2/5 PLUS a $10 "Parking fee" through 2/5/2020. I was never informed of any "parking fee" if I didn't pay the bill. Long story short, I paid $33.00 and expected that my phone would be able to be turned back on. NO! Apparently I need to pay an additional $20 for 1/4 thru 2/5/2020. Huh??? Stay with me here... Didn't I just pay that? And why wasn't the "parking fee" adjusted since that $10 reflected an entire month & my phone wouldn't be "parked" all month. Are you still with me? So since 11/26/2019 I have paid $60.00 & if I pay an additional $20 it would be $80. $80 for not even 2 months of service... How is this cheaper? And when I try to chat with anybody I'm told over & over again.. "this is prepaid service... you pay before you use". And that's after waiting 15-20 minutes for someone to read my text and another 10 minutes to respond to it. It's a racket. Thank God my phone has been a prepaid phone all along & is broken because instead of paying Wing more money I'll just go buy a new phone & got back to Verizon where at least I know I'll have service as long as I pay my bill & they don't try to "double dip". I have absolutely NOTHING good to say about this company or how they do business. And they should be ashamed of themselves. All they are doing is ripping people off... where I come from that's illegal.

I see a lot of people have problems with Wing on the customer service end, but really, if you're bringing a phone to Wing? It's really good service. Resold att business accounts. ATT hates that. I hate ATT. So it's like a big slap to ATT. Ever since I switched from ATT to wing I've had ridiculous data speeds compared to even unthrottled ATT. So it seems like ATT has been throttling before reaching data cap, really hate them.
