This company is a joke. I commented on one of their FB posts about how the 3gb plan wasnt quite enough and unlimited was too expensive, since they're supposedly the best phone carrier out there, I was hoping for some better options, if not now in the future. nope they just blocked me, and deleted my comment. No response. And forever banned on their page, yet they still continued to solicit me via text to buy their services. YEA RIGHT. I told the next agent off and they gave a canned answer of how they didnt know, and did I want to buy today? I told them to go F*** themselves. No answer. They then continued to harrass me 27 times via text from multiple number after I had told them, get this, 20 times to stop contacting me. Talk about a pushy company who does not care about you.

I've only been with them for a couple hours now but they've been amazing! I switched mostly for two reasons Google was getting insanely expensive for me and their customer service SUCKED. I was charged for a broken phone that I returned and that I have confirmation was delivered to them and they've been making jump through hoops. Plus almost 75 dollars a month for less than 3GB of data used? No thanks!
Wing has been super helpful! Gabe was my service representative who helped me get everything set up and in about 15 minutes or so I was up and running and everything was good! I pay 35 dollars + taxes so for Michigan it's 37.49 a month a lot cheaper than jumping between 50 and 75 dollars depending on much data I use! As of this moment I don't have any issues!

I am not sure where to begin but that I am not happy When I 1st purchased wing To check it out I only bought the 1GB plan I was impressed and then I purchased the unlimited plan for $55 But for some reason on your end I was told by several different people that I did not go in effect the $55 unlimited plan they said they're going to redo it the next time when I pay for it again but I have already paid for that so do I get credited for what I have not got already?
Several of your technicians were very rude and said that we should have went with Verizon who had the unlimited I was so I'm expecting a credit.

This company is full of lies and scams. First they failed to switch over one cell I owned money on. Then I had to pay it in full before it went to collections. While we were with ATT my wife had a 3gb plan and never went over. Every month while we were on wing she would go over her data they will charge me for more data. Keep in mind we were at home during COVID and she still went over her data? We have WIFI!!!
Then a cell got lost so we decided to use the insurance we got through WING. Turns out wing told the insurance company that we own a very old model iPhone so we got sent a old model phone. They refused to accept their mistakes and they actually blamed me for not telling them I had a iPhone 7. Keep in mind I sent them final bills from ATT when I switched over. I never write reviews. Don’t make the same mistake I made and join this company. Waste of time and money!!!

Wing is a subpar upstart with the worst customer service on the planet. Which is saying a lot, because At&t, I thought was the absolute bottom of the barrel but wing beats them by miles for horrible customer service.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR WING! BEWARE!! I'll make this short and sweet. Signed up to try another carrier (WING), trying to be a nice guy. They tried for 7 hours over 2 days to activate my SIM on my phone, and my tablet with no luck. They blamed Verizon, so I called them and they said the devices are not locked. Went back to Wing and said, "look I tried it wont' work just refund the money and I'll be on my way". They said "NO" you don't get your money back because the phone is locked and not our fault (the phones were'n't locked. Now if you call that customer service you are a jack ass, good luck people. This is the typical bend over backwards to sign you up and then, when you try to get out for a very understandable reason such as mine, they pull out their Joker card and steal your money. Jerks.

My agent Matthew was extremely cooperative and nice, the process was extremely easy as well. Literally took maybe 10-15 minutes of my time and my phone was on. Only ended up paying around $65 for the activation fee. I would 100% recommend.
