Converting web visitors is critical. I've seen so many web chat solutions fail because they don't provide value to the prospect or surface high intent conversations to sales fast enough. Really excited about what you've built! Congrats on the launch!
@michelle_dailey You've described both failure modes exactly, Michelle. If it doesn't help the visitor, nobody talks to it, and if the hot ones sit in a queue for a day the whole thing is pointless. Speed to the rep mattered more than we expected when we started.

It took a while to get the qualifying part right. Answering questions is easy, knowing when to stop selling and just book the meeting is the hard bit.
Curious, what's the first thing you'd want it to do on your site?
@5atyam_5rivastava Thanks Satyam. The part I'm most proud of is that it says "I don't know" instead of inventing an answer. Sounds small, but it's the reason visitors keep talking to it.
