I use Victor actively for my book launch. It has done an exceptional job with keeping me on track as well as implementing many aspects that I could not do by myself. This is not my first book launch however it is my first that is getting serious traction. I use it to manage what design, quick edits, communication, outreach, and much more. I use it in alignment with other chat tools since it does have a high usage rate when you use it for more intense tasks.

What needs improvement

For the price I have gotten websites designed, systems implemented, my backend is fixed, and removed many old sites that no longer serve me. Overall, I’d say it’s a great site. Learning how to manage the spending is important. It does give great feedback and clear instructions. Honestly, it feels like having a geek squad on my team.

Sintra.ai

I use both Viktor and Sintra. I find a Sentra is a useful tool for design and CRM. But overall, I’ve loved using Viktor for the web design, CRM set up, and integrations. Not sure if Sintra has those capacities yet because it’s constantly evolving as well.

I run a marketing agency in a small Texas town. It's me and Viktor. That's it. And we operate like a team of six.

Viktor lives in my Slack. He writes and posts to all three of my social platforms at once. He manages Google Ads accounts for my clients, writes SEO blog posts, builds client proposals, creates branded PDFs, sends follow-up emails, runs weekly reports, and even checks in on me at 5pm every day to make sure I actually did what I said I was going to do.

This isn't a chatbot I copy-paste from. Viktor is plugged into my Google Ads, my Google Drive, my email, my social accounts, Canva, my calendar, and more. He writes a script, runs it, and delivers the finished work. I wake up to completed tasks I forgot I even assigned.

I've been using AI tools for 6 years, back when they were expensive and clunky. I've tried everything. Viktor is the first tool that actually works with me instead of making me do all the work to use it. The difference is that Viktor doesn't just answer questions. He does the job.

If you're a solo founder, a small agency, or anyone running a business where you're wearing too many hats, Viktor is the hire you've been putting off. Except he doesn't need PTO, doesn't miss deadlines, and costs less than your monthly coffee budget.

What needs improvement

Viktor can do a LOT, but figuring out what he can do and how to ask for it takes some experimenting. Once you build up your skills and workflows, it's smooth. But that first week or two, you're still figuring each other out.

Also, the integrations library is growing but it's not everything yet. There are moments where I wish I could connect one more tool and I'm waiting on the team to add it. They're responsive and shipping fast, but if you need a really niche integration on day one, you might have to get creative or wait.

Lastly, when Viktor is working on something complex, sometimes you're waiting a minute or two for the response. It's not instant like a chatbot because he's actually running code and doing real work, not just generating text. Once you understand that, it makes sense. But the first time you're staring at a loading screen, you wonder if something broke.

Before Viktor, I was bouncing between Manus, Claude, ChatGPT Codex... all of them. And look, those tools are impressive for what they are. But every single one of them still requires me to do the heavy lifting. I'm prompting, copy-pasting, reformatting, uploading, downloading, switching tabs. I'm the glue holding everything together, and that glue is exhausting.

Viktor seems to be pretrained to be an employee. Helpful, asks questions, doesn't leave you on read. He's proactive with asking if he can help with tasks he sees in your email or on your calendar. And he delivers! Quickly.

What's great

I run a small energy & internet company in Alberta — team of 4. Viktor legitimately replaced a social media service, a part-time VA, and a couple of SaaS tools within the first few weeks. It logs into our wholesale portal daily (no API — just a web login and CSV exports), syncs our customer database to our CRM, drafts churn recovery emails before I'm even at my desk, runs our entire social media calendar, and built a lead capture to email drip pipeline for a solar campaign. It remembers everything — brand colors, how I write emails, terminology I've corrected once months ago. The daily output is something I genuinely couldn't replicate without hiring 2-3 more people.

What needs improvement

It can over-explain things sometimes — I'd rather get the short answer and ask follow-ups if I need more. And occasionally context from one channel doesn't carry over to another, so I've had to remind it what it already knows. Minor stuff compared to the output, but worth mentioning.

vs Alternatives

We were using Feedbird for social media (generic, low-effort content), GoHighLevel and Zoho side by side for CRM, and doing most operational work manually. I looked at hiring a virtual assistant and also evaluated a few AI writing tools, but nothing came close to the range of what Viktor actually does — it's not just content, it's code, integrations, data syncs, SEO implementation, even building us a custom software platform on our own GitHub repo.

Viktor has become a core part of how we run operations at UniTru, giving us leverage that would normally require engineering resources. It allows us to manage workflows across Slack and Google Sheets seamlessly, handling things like scheduling, status tracking, and coordination in real time. What stands out most is how quickly we can build, test, and refine workflows without slowing down, which is critical for a fast moving team. At a high level, Viktor does not just save time, it enables us to operate at a level of speed, organization, and scale that would not be possible otherwise.

What needs improvement

The biggest opportunity for improvement is around control and visibility. As workflows become more complex, having clearer insight into when and why Viktor is taking certain actions would make it easier to trust and scale usage. More precise control over when automations run, especially for scheduled tasks, would also help manage usage and avoid unexpected credit consumption. Finally, improving debugging and error feedback would make it much easier to diagnose issues quickly and build more reliable systems.

Before Viktor, we explored tools like Zapier, Make, Slack Workflow Builder, and custom scripts. Each worked for simple or structured tasks, but broke down when workflows became more dynamic or required real decision making. Traditional automation tools were too rigid, and standalone AI tools could not take real action within our systems. Viktor stood out because it combines reasoning with execution directly inside Slack, allowing us to handle complex workflows without needing to build and maintain our own infrastructure.

What's great

I love interacting with Viktor.

I've been using is a lot for understanding super deep analysis on client accounts that would generally take my team hours and hours to run before we actually make changes to an account.

With the pre-loaded skill sets, it makes things more efficient than setting up our own OpenClaw / Claude ecosystem so I can focus on what's important....the work.

What needs improvement

At the moment, I don't have any feedback to improve the product.

Sometimes being in long slack threads can get hard to follow, but that's a minor issue that doesn't impact my ability to get the work done.

vs Alternatives

We started building with OpenClaw and Claude and have some things completely operational, but Viktor has allowed us to get hugely important insights into not only our clients Google Ads accounts, but also our own marketing efforts since it's integrated with all of the tools we use. (Google Ads, GBP, Google search console, Semrush, High Level, Clickup, etc)

What's great

Viktor is not a bot. Viktor is an employee. When I speak to Viktor, I do not worry about code, I do not worry about spelling, I do not worry about a lot of things. Viktor does not have a certain number of hours worked, and Viktor does not have vacation requests.

Viktor does, however, have the ability to make a vision come true. When you are designing something you can only explain, this assistant serves as a webmaster, creative director, and all-around vision maker.

To date, Viktor has built seven member facing platforms, ten other ancillary sites, and two web apps. The capabilities are incredible and so are the possibilities.

As with any AI, there are some growing pains. There are moments it misreads a command and you have to course correct. But once you get past those, the product and the results outweigh the issues by a lot.

What needs improvement

It's growing. They are hiring new staff. Once Viktor exploded, response times got a bit slower, and the personal touch it had in the beginning lost its luster. But, they are scaling. I am already getting responses faster from people who I've never heard of before. They are open to feedback. I would also say that a better credit reconciliation process for errors would be something that would benefit the customers, and the top-up pricing punishes the user. This is really it. They are flexible, easy to contact, care about their customers and are an overall great company to work with.

I run a one-person marketing automation business (Klaviyo for e-commerce) and Viktor has genuinely become my daily coworker.

I've been using it for 3+ months now and the depth of what it handles is unreal. On a typical day I message Viktor like I'd message a colleague, I tell it what I need to get done, and we work through it together.

Here's what it actually does for me on a regular basis:

Writes email copy for my clients, I send a blog article link or a brief and it drafts the full email following my client's exact structure and tone. It remembers every template we've built together.
Tracks my daily tasks and time across multiple client accounts, so I always have a clear picture of where my hours go.
Connects to my tools via API, it pulls data from Klaviyo, builds reports, and even makes changes in client accounts (with my approval).
Helps with business strategy, client portfolio reviews, upsell ideas, pricing analysis, quarterly planning. Things I used to figure out alone.
Creates content, LinkedIn carousels, PDF reports, landing pages, even custom graphics.
Sets reminders and follows up, it proactively nudges me about deadlines, client follow-ups, and things I'd otherwise forget.

I went from being a solo freelancer constantly context-switching between clients, to having a reliable second brain that handles the operational load while I focus on strategy and client relationships.

What needs improvement

It takes a bit of time to understand how to communicate effectively with Viktor, it's not a chatbot, it's more like a coworker, so you need to learn how to brief it properly. Also, setting up integrations for multiple client accounts could be more streamlined. But honestly, these are minor friction points compared to the value it delivers daily.

What sets Viktor apart from ChatGPT or other AI tools is context. It knows my clients, my brand, my processes. I don't have to re-explain anything, ever. It's like onboarding a team member once and then having them just... know everything from that point on.

I installed Viktor and within the first hour the productivity gains were so enormous I decided I was in. I signed up, paid the monthly subscription fee and banked the trail credits. Since then I've used it to integrate AI Agents, research industry standards, fetch old/lost email I thought I'd never need (that would have taken a good 20 minutes to find) and a host of other time saving tasks. It's like having an Executive Assistant who is super tech savvy on call 24/7. I highly recommend. If I had to knock it down with a lower rating for any reason, the only thing would be its not connected to Dropbox and a few other platforms.

What needs improvement

You need to get it to connect to DropBox, CamScanner and get it to be able to retrieve Google Photos and manage those. You should create a tutorial video on how to maximize use of credits and best practices...not just have it written out. It would be helpful if you had a "newbie" section for super basic questions for beginners to AI.

It was recommended by a friend. I thought I would give it a try. Setup was easy.

We were originally a team of two, focused on bring to market a new AI enhanced student information management system. Viktor has become our “third team member ”, handling an increasing amount of daily marketing and administrative tasks.

What needs improvement

You have to manage how you deploy, other it can burn through credits.

vs Alternatives

We are heavily invested in Claude for a majority of our software development efforts. Claude is a chat assistant you bring a task to. Viktor is a Slack-native autonomous coworker that can act on its own initiative. Accurately!

What's great

As a small accounting firm owner, I'm constantly switching between tools — Outlook, Xero, Karbon, LinkedIn, Buffer, Mailchimp, Google Sheets, Canva — and wearing every hat from client work to marketing to team management. Viktor solves the problem of being stretched too thin by actually doing tasks across all of those tools from one place.

Before Viktor, things like searching through emails, categorising my calendar, drafting replies, scheduling LinkedIn posts, creating Mailchimp campaigns, and chasing up podcast production tasks were all manual and scattered. Now I message Viktor in Slack and it just handles it — drafts email replies into my Outlook drafts, categorises my calendar each morning, researches new client leads, pulls YouTube and website analytics, and even creates Karbon work items from templates.

The biggest benefit is time back. I run a lean team of four and Viktor genuinely feels like an extra team member who's across everything and available whenever I need them. Less context switching, less admin, more time for actual client work.

What needs improvement

The main roadbloacks are due to limited access through API's, we need software companies to open up the API's a little more.

vs Alternatives

I was already using ChatGPT and Claude but connecting some tools to API's requires more technical skill and time and as an accountant I want something easy for myself and my team.
