Hi! 👋 I’m Brian, and I’m excited to share our VC Weekly Meeting Team Hub with the Product Hunt community. We designed it to take the burden off of the meeting leader and give voice to everyone on the investment team by crowdsourcing urgent topics, prioritizing upvoted discussion items, capturing async notes and feedback, and minimizing pre-work. About me: I founded Supersynchronous—a guild of developers who consult & design with no code/low code—a little over a year ago. We partner with venture capital firms to automate and streamline their day-to-day operations. In those hundreds of hours of collaboration with VCs & family offices, I’ve found many pain points stem from the central ritual of the VC weekly meeting, where investment teams discuss deals, founder relationships, and build their network as a team. Every firm has them—but they aren't always efficient or effective. Meetings can veer off track, promising deals get overlooked, and insights from due diligence discussions are lost. Notes and action items are time-consuming and it can be a challenge to update information to your CRM.
