Twenty has been the first CRM I don't feel like I'm constantly fighting against to make my company fit in there. Custom objects / fields / views were done super quickly from the settings, and it was super easy to convince the team to use it with the beautiful Notion-style UI. Also the fact it's open source was reassuring in case I don't wanna be locked in down the road on that vendor. And driving everything from Claude using the MCP has changed my life!
