I recently started using Twenty, and I’ve been really impressed with how clean and intuitive it feels. The interface is modern and distraction-free, making it easy to focus on my tasks without getting overwhelmed. I especially like how quickly I can organize and keep track of important items. Compared to other tools, it feels lightweight but still powerful enough for everyday productivity. Overall, it’s a refreshing experience and definitely worth trying if you want a simple yet effective tool.

I'v been their paying customer and the experience has been disappointing to say the least. They are young, and you'd think that they'd go the extra mile to make sure they give superior customer satisfaction (or else what's the point of people switching their current CRM!?). Their platform is incomplete and their customer support takes DAYS to respond, not hours and minutes. I highly doubt I'll come back to them to give them a second try later. I'm moving to good 'ol excel files cause every other solution is so goddamn expensive & I know what not to expect and I'm certain I wouldn't be disappointed.

I’ve been using Twenty CRM for a few weeks now, and I’m impressed by how clean, intuitive, and easy it is to use. While there are still features I’d love to see added, development is moving quickly, and the core team does a great job keeping users in the loop with updates and the roadmap. It's becoming a real competitor in the CRM market!

Incredible! I've been looking for a CRM for months to free myself from HubSpot. They're either too complex or they lack features. I've tested dozens of paid solutions with my sales manager. NONE has answered our problems as simply and effectively as TWENTY does. I love it! Thank you for your incredible work!

I've been following Twenty for a while and honestly these guys are just crushing it!

Most CRM products still feel like variations of the same thing. Twenty feels like one of the few teams actually rethinking the category from first principles. The product is incredibly customizable (custom objects, workflows, etc.), the pace of execution is wild, and every few weeks they seem to ship something that makes you look at CRMs a little differently.

Feels like they’re not just building a great CRM, but helping define what the next generation of CRM software will look like. Keep pushing!!

What needs improvement

The product is evolving very quickly, which is mostly a strength, but it also means some areas still feel less mature than more established CRMs. That said, the team ships fast and closes gaps quickly.

vs Alternatives

HubSpot

Attio

We looked at Attio and a few other modern CRMs. What ultimately sold us on Twenty was the level of flexibility. Most CRMs give you a framework and ask you to adapt your processes to it. Twenty feels much closer to a platform you can shape around your own workflow.

Twenty has been the first CRM I don't feel like I'm constantly fighting against to make my company fit in there. Custom objects / fields / views were done super quickly from the settings, and it was super easy to convince the team to use it with the beautiful Notion-style UI. Also the fact it's open source was reassuring in case I don't wanna be locked in down the road on that vendor. And driving everything from Claude using the MCP has changed my life!

Attio

Hubspot got expensive fast and all the good stuff was behind another upgrade. Initially wanted to switch to Attio but then I got scared of vendor lock-in and being stuck with a CRM that again doesn't fit my exact needs. Twenty was the only one that really let me customize the data model deeply without having to pay left and right

Really impressed by Twenty.

Most CRMs I’ve tried either feel like a giant black box, or they force your team to adapt to the tool instead of the other way around. Twenty feels like the opposite: a modern CRM that you can actually shape around how your team works.

The open-source angle is a big part of it, but what I like even more is the product philosophy behind it. Companies, people, opportunities, tasks, notes, dashboards, workflows… all the core CRM primitives are there, but it still feels clean, fast, and buildable instead of bloated.

Congrats to the Twenty team. This is the kind of CRM I actually want to see win.
