Full 2 way voice support sounds like overkill for surveys. What problem is that really solving?

@woody_robles AI is probably overkill for taking a survey on a computer. But if you plan on asking for feedback from people on the go (on mobile or in the car), voice is a fantastic way to give people a hands-free way to fill out a survey or form.

@woody_robles when you think of old school surveys it would be, but we've leveled up to AI surveys, interviews and user tests. For an AI moderated interview or an AI User Tests it's necessary and changes the game. I would love for you to give it a try and share your thoughts.

How do you handle sensitive customer data when people upload docs to Teach AI?
Is it stored locally or on your servers?

@nicholas_anderson0 not sure what you mean "locally", but yes we safely store any context you upload to our system and make it available to AI with RAG. This is the single biggest thing you can do to increase the quality of AI in our system (give AI more context about your company and products so it can analyze results and have better conversations with customers)

Love the concept but wondering about the learning curve. Can a non technical user create projects easily or do they need to understand AI prompts?
