I’m Germán, and for the last ~1000 days (961 streak right now 😅), I’ve been deeply inside the PH ecosystem.
- Supporting launches.
- Commenting.
- Hunting.
- Launching own projects.
- Helping founders get visibility.
And something kept happening over and over again: I receive ~5 DMs every single day from solo founders asking:
“How should I launch?”
“Can you support my PH launch?”
“Where else should I post?”
“Am I doing this right?”
After 3 years, that became 5k+ supported projects. I genuinely love helping founders launch. But there’s a problem: launching is chaotic, emotional, and incredibly lonely when you’re building solo.
And honestly… manually helping everyone became unsustainable.
So I built plzsupport.me a launch copilot for solo founders 🚀
The idea is simple:
Give indie hackers and solo builders the structure, visibility, and support system they usually don’t have.

Product Hunt has historically cracked down on coordinated upvoting and engagement pods. How are you designing the supporter matchmaking so it generates genuine interest instead of becoming another vote-trading ring that gets launches penalized?

@anandkparmar Interesting question Anand! I also hate vote-trading and I won't do something like that. My idea on that is just allowing users to build their own crm with pple really wish to support them. Actual customers, partners, colleagues. Anyway that side isn't developed currently, so I'll deeply analyze feedback after this launch
Fair enough, @german_merlo1. And I genuinely appreciate the thoughtful response. Curious to see how this piece evolves in the product over time.
One thing I'd love your perspective on: are you leaning toward automated matchmaking based on a user's prior engagement signals across different touchpoints (comments, hunts, mutual support history, etc.), or more of a manual CRM where the founder curates their supporter list themselves based on real relationships?
Both directions have their own trade-offs.
Either way, the underlying idea I believe, is strong and solves a very real pain point for solo founders, execution will be everything here. Wishing you a great launch today! 🚀

@othman_katim that's the challenge! The idea is that all those who're willing to support other founders explicitly do it, but for sure there's no commitment. I thinks it's a matter community building. No vote-trading, no launch management fee. Currently just a copilot to take the most of your launch
