Product updates deserve better than text-only changelogs, expensive agency cycles, or generic AI slop. ngram’s AI video agent turns release notes, specs, screenshots, docs, URLs, and product recordings into polished, on-brand videos for launches, demos, onboarding, support, sales, and social. It plans the message, writes the script, builds the storyboard, creates visual variants, and helps teams communicate every product story clearly.

Turn ideas, documents, and recordings into narrated videos. ngram analyzes uploaded videos and screen recordings to identify key moments and build clear product walkthroughs. Create animated explainers or add an AI avatar presenter, then refine your video in chat.

Congratulations on 2.0. I am preparing a launch video myself at the moment, so this is close to home. The part I find hardest is deciding what the script leaves out, more than the visuals. When ngram plans the message from release notes, does it ask who the video is for before it writes, or does it work the audience out from the material?
Would love to start using this in my demos to show more details about my product, congrats on the launch!
@anas_chhilif Thanks, Anas! A recording of one specific workflow is a good starting point. Tell ngram who’s watching and which details matter, and it can turn that into a narrated walkthrough. Curious which part of your product you’d want to demo first.
You can also tag 'askngram' on a text-heavy thread on X/Twitter, and it’ll turn the thread into an explainer video.
This is quite nice, especially if the product updates are quite technical in nature! Well done!
@uddipta Thanks, Uddipta! Technical updates especially benefit from showing what changed and why it matters. We’re launching a GitHub integration soon that will turn each PR into an explainer video, initially for internal teams, with customer-facing changelogs planned too. Hopefully that makes those updates easier for everyone to follow.

Congrats on the launch! Explainers, screencasts and avatar videos in one tool is a real time saver. Which format do people create most: explainers or screencasts?
@garciafrey Explainers mostly 😀. Its easy to get started with and low friction
@anish_m Makes sense, explainers are where the value is clearest. Congrats again on 2.0!
I wish you guys put some samples at https://www.ngram.com/made-with-ngram
@jay_janarthanan1 sorry for the miss, thats a bug. Fixed it now, you should see good examples. Thanks Jay!
Hey hunters and builders! 👋
I’m super excited to be hunting Ngram
We’ve all been there: staring at a 40-page research paper, a dense technical document, or a complex product workflow, wishing there was an easier way to digest or explain it. Reading walls of text takes time, and making a proper explainer video manually takes even longer.
That’s why the team built the AI Explainer Video Maker. You just drop in an article, a research paper, a slide deck, or even just a raw topic, and Ngram spins up a fully narrated video with animated scenes.
Whether you're trying to speed up your own learning, break down a tricky product feature for customers, or help your team align on a complex process, Ngram handles the heavy lifting in seconds.
Give it a spin, try plugging in your favorite dense piece of text, and let us know what you think! The team is here all day to answer questions and hear your feedback.
