The automation depth still feels like an area that could go further. Once Needle identifies an opportunity or rehydrates a stale deal, I’d want more of the next steps to happen without adding another manual layer.
I’d also keep an eye on token usage when premium models are involved. A multi-model approach is valuable, but at scale the economics matter just as much as the intelligence.
And like most GTM AI products, the quality of the output is going to depend heavily on source-data hygiene. If the CRM is incomplete or inconsistent, even a very good agent has less to work with.
Overall, the direction is strong. The real value will come from how well Needle turns good signals into reliable action without making the GTM stack more complicated.
Hey there PH community 👋
Onur here, founder of Needle with @jan_heimes This is our 6th launch, and thank you to everyone who has followed our journey.
The problem: outbound today means juggling 5+ tools. You use one for lists, one for enrichment, one for sequences, one for LinkedIn, and you spend your evenings copy-pasting CSVs between them.
What we built: Needle is an outbound engine your AI agent can drive. Connect it to Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, then describe who you want to reach in one prompt:
Needle then:
🔍 Finds leads from LinkedIn, Instagram and Google Maps
✨ Enriches them with the context your agent needs to actually personalize
📨 Reaches out on whichever channel they’re on, from your own connected accounts, with sane sending limits built in
Why agent-native? Your agent already knows your ICP, your docs and your voice. It was just missing the hands. We didn’t want to build yet another dashboard, so we built the infrastructure instead.
No AI slop. We help you use AI the right way: real context on every lead, and messages that sound like you wrote them yourself.
And it’s not an “AI SDR”. Needle makes your reps faster. It doesn’t pretend to replace them. Your creativity is your GTM, we make it fluid.
🎁 For the PH community: use code PH2026 for 50% off for 6 months, on top of the 7-day free trial. Create opportunities and win people. Right now, takes 5 minutes to run your first campaign. Whatever you're after - sales, partnerships, hiring, fundraising.
We’d love your toughest feedback. What’s the most painful part of your outbound stack right now? My team and I will be in the comments all day.
@jan_heimes @oeken Can needle help agencies manage outreach for multiple clients at scale while keeping each campaign personalized and safe
@shivam_kushwaha16 yes. many of our customers are agencies doing exactly what you mention.
1. multiple clients: use 1 workspace per client
2. at scale: build with AI, much faster
3. personalized and safe: prepare rich messages with AI but human in the loop -> approve and send
congrats on a top 2 finish, onur. the human approval step in the comments sounds like a good thing to show next.
@jan_heimes @oeken Many congratulations Jan, Onur and team on yet another great Needle launch! :)
Needle is one of the few AI sales tools that doesn’t try to be yet another dashboard. You plug it into Claude Code, Codex or GrokBot, describe who you want to reach, and it finds the leads, enriches them and runs outreach on LinkedIn, Instagram or email from your own accounts.
What I like most is that the team runs their own outbound on it every day, and it shows. Sending limits and a human approval step are built in, so you get agent speed without risking your accounts.
If you’re already living in Claude, GrokBot, ChatGPT, this is the missing piece for GTM.
Sounds interesting. I'd love to know more about how you help with LinkedIn.
@jack_githits we'll publish material on the topic, what's the best practice when reaching out on linkedin. if i were to pick 1 most important factor: your message must be short, relevant, and offering value to your contact directly.
sending from your own connected accounts with built-in limits is a sensible choice for LinkedIn. are those limits set per account or per workspace?
@neerajnathany Per connected account, you can have multiple accounts per workspace / organization - Needle can also smartly distribute the actions across different accounts.
spreading actions across accounts automatically sounds handy. does it slow down on its own when an account gets near a LinkedIn limit?
Jan here, co-founder alongside@oeken 👋
Some of you know us from our earlier launches. We built workflow automation: Connect the tools, schedule the run.
Then we watched how people actually work now: They open Claude Code or Codex and just ask for the outcome.
So we stopped building another interface and built the hands instead. Needle plugs straight into your agent, and one prompt gets you researched leads and personal outreach live on LinkedIn or Instagram.
We've run our own outbound this way for a year. Smart sending limits and a human approval step are built into the core. Agent speed, without gambling your accounts.
We are here all day. Ask me anything about the MCP setup, how we run our own pipeline on it, or what's coming next. And if you find a limit, love to hear about it.
Tested you ~6 months ago and it was amazing!
I'd be happy to test your outbound engine, I'm quite experienced in this AI SDR field :)
Could you share pls what metrics do you currently have - reply rate, meetings booked etc? Do you track it?
@dmitry_zakharov_ai
Would love, if you give Neelde a spin.
Here are some average stats I quickly pulled from last campaign from DB → ~38% accept, ~23% reply
@dmitry_zakharov_ai thank you! we track performance with funnels
If someone replies on LinkedIn, will Needle automatically pause the email follow-ups as well?
@michelle_bankas Pause, but we are working on the auto-reply right now and have it in beta. What would you prefer?
@jan_heimes, an auto-reply would be awesome! Since you're always juggling many conversations, you don't always have the mental bandwidth to proofread every reply.
The human approval step Jan mentioned deserves a bit more space in the demo. I would want to see the selected people and actual messages together before a campaign starts.
@oleksii_sekundant good shout! human in the the loop is one of the most frequently used features indeed. and we're rolling out message previews in upcoming days :)
