@jmarovt That was awesome and easy to set-up. However, I am not sure why the YouTube vid isn't playing? I can't wait to use this for my future projects! Here's the test: https://www.acustomwebdesign.com/
Will this be the new rockstar in the world of doormats, pop-ups etc? It is likely... Love the idea of simply offering an easy-to-access intro to "company news" - has a nice honest tone to it.
Will you be able to show different kinds of information dependent on different kinds of characteristic of the visitor?
@simonsylvest Yeah, currently we made it super simple so no advanced targeting options. But definitely coming. Based on how fast @gbelcec ships, that might be already next week ;) 🚢

Seems cool.
I was just wondering what the difference between this and something like SleekNote would be?
@casper_emil_rouchmann Hey Casper, that's a good question. I would put the tool you mentioned in the category of pop-up tools that are primarily focused on email capture (and thus powering subsequently the email marketing channel).
Magnify on the other hand is focused on quick bite-size announcements on your website and steering traffic that is already on your website to something you deem the most relevant at the moment. That can be an upcoming webinar, event, new product feature, etc.
Hope this makes sense!
Tnx @__tosh for hunting us today!
Hey hunters 👋
For a while now I wanted to drive some of the traffic from our main website to time-relevant subpages.
It’s cases when we have:
- 📝a new blog post
- 🌟cool new product feature
- 📒a fresh new e-book
- 👨🏫️an upcoming webinar
- 👥a bunch of positions to fill
- 📆or an event that’s around the corner.
In all these cases I didn’t want to change the website itself.
I just wanted an easy way publish… something.
📣That’s why we created Magnify.
No design skills needed.
It’s kinda like writing a tweet.
A new announcement is up in 10 seconds.
Give it a try and let me know what you think. We’re very early, so any kind of feedback on the landing page, value prop and the product gets extra ♥️.
@jmarovt love the simplicity on all fronts here. Product. Pricing. Language.
P.S. on pricing page — make sure that packages are clickable and lead to sign up flows… you want to sell sell sell there! 🤑
@ksaitor Ah, that's a very good point Raman. Will tweak now, tnx!

Awesome, love the idea here - I've seen this work very well on classic booking and e-commerce sites, love the idea about taking this promotional aspect of marketing to a broader online marketing context.
@rabu81 Tnx! I think (or shall I say hope) it's really widely applicable this one. I think of it as a new marketing channel (besides email marketing, social media marketing). If you have a high traffic website you can now easily steer some traffic from the frontpage to whatever you deem most relevant at the moment (webinar, new blog post, new ebook, etc.).

Awesome work Jakob & Gregor!
I find Magnify very useful because of it's speed. I’ve been testing it a bit on our website lately and it's without doubt the fastest way we can drive traffic to different parts of our website without doing an extra deploy.
In our case it's perfect to drive traffic to a landing page that explains our product in a general way and the show an industry specific feature (we just wrote about in our Intercom-powered Help Center) via Magnify.
Also, we used to promote our open positions via a Intercom chat bubble. But honestly, that actually lack a clear CTA. The whole Magnify widget is a large and clear CTA which does the job much better!
Best of all, all this can be done by a marketer.
Even the installation via Google Tag Manager can easily be done by a marketer.
Keep it up!

fantastic idea! so simple. I created and added an announcement to my site in less than 3 mins.
would be nice to be able to choose the position of my announcement i.e. bottom left, bottom right, etc.
Pros:easy to use, easy to implement
Cons:lack of positioning options
