As I said last week on IndieHackers, what you have here is amazing. So much better than existing players like Zendesk and Freshdesk. However, for me it's not something I can use in my business until it comes with a ticketing system. And please take my advice and make a REALLY SIMPLE ticketing system.

@troelsfeodor Not the top priority, but it will be available in the coming weeks for sure. We are first integrating a ticketing/messaging system in case the users doesn't find an answer. This will be achieve by next week, then we'll work on multi-language support. We will soon release our public roadmap, I will let you know when we finished it.
