Great question, @talhakhalidmtkΒ ! It goes out automatically the moment the lead is captured - no manual review step in between, since speed is the whole point. That said, you're in control of what gets sent: you can set up a default dynamic template with variables (name, company, etc.) ahead of time, so the message is personalized but still on-brand. Once that first message goes out, the AI takes over the conversation from there. Would love for you to give it a try and share your feedback!
Honestly the WhatsApp outreach in 20 seconds is kind of wild, like by the time i finish scanning a card the message is already drafted and ready to go. Saved me from my usual follow-up black hole honestly.
