LeadJarvis instantly converts every event business card scan into a qualified conversation, ensuring no lead is lost. ๐ Scan cards (20+languages) ๐ Enrich with company + person profile ๐ฌ Personalized outreach on WhatsApp and Email within 20s ๐ค AI qualifies leads 24/7 handling most conversations without human intervention ๐ Hands off to human rep when needed ๐ Synced straight into HubSpot, Zoho Stop losing leads to slow follow-up, start the conversation even before they leave the hallway!
Curious how different teams handle this. We've seen everything from typing names into a phone after the fact, to a pile of business cards that sits on someone's desk for two weeks before anyone touches it.
By the time leads actually make it into a CRM, half the context from the actual conversation is gone, and the "hot" window to follow up has usually passed too.

๐ Hey Product Hunt!
We built LeadJarvis after watching this happen one too many times: a sales team spends three days at a conference, collects 300+ business cards, and by the time they get back to the office to start following up... half those prospects don't even remember talking to them.
The problem was never "not enough leads." It was speed. Every hour that passes between a booth conversation and a follow-up is an hour a prospect forgets why they cared.
So LeadJarvis does the follow-up before that gap ever opens:
๐ Scan a card โ we extract the details (20+ languages)
๐ฌ Within 20 seconds, they get a personalized message on WhatsApp, Email, or Telegram
๐ In the background, we research the person + company
๐ค Our AI handles the conversation - answering questions, qualifying interest - 24/7
๐ If it's a real opportunity or a tricky question, it hands off to a human, fast
๐ Everything qualified syncs straight into HubSpot or Zoho
We're still early and would genuinely love your feedback - especially if you've ever run a booth, expo table, or trade show stand:
What's the most painful part of your post-event follow-up right now? Curious if it matches what we saw, or if there's a gap we haven't hit yet.
Thanks for checking us out! ๐

@mittalpatelย Mittal, the speed is strong, but I think the bigger long-term advantage could be qualification accuracy. Since the conversation itself determines when a lead is worth handing to a rep, how are you currently testing false positives, missed buying signals, ambiguous responses, and handoffs that happen too early or too late?
The difference between fast activity and qualified pipeline will probably come down to that behavioral layer.

I only attend a couple of events each year. Would I have to pay the same subscription as someone who's at events every month, or is there a plan that fits lighter usage?
Good question! We have a plan that scales with usage, so a smaller team attending a few events a year isn't paying for a heavy monthly commitment.
Happy to walk you through specifics if you check out the pricing page, and open to feedback if something doesn't fit your case.

The 20 second personalized outreach is genuinely impressive, blew past what I expected. Curious how the WhatsApp handoff to a human rep actually feels in practice.
Thank you, that really means a lot! ๐ The handoff is designed to feel seamless on the WhatsApp side, the AI keeps the same thread going, so the human rep just steps into the conversation with full context already there. No "please hold" or starting over.
Would love for you to try it and see how the handoff actually feels on your end, that's exactly the kind of feedback we're looking for today!

event lead capture is one of those things everyone hacks together with a spreadsheet and a QR code, so a dedicated tool makes sense. what's actually triggering the "qualified" label though - is that based on a conversation the person had at the booth, or just badge scan data?

@omri_ben_shoham1ย Good question! Right now it's less a single 'qualified' label and more a mix of signals: the AI enriches every lead with company/context data right after capture, then the WhatsApp conversation itself becomes a live signal - if the AI ends up handing off to a human because pricing, quotes, or negotiation came up, that's usually the strongest indicator of real intent. So it's less 'badge scan = qualified' and more 'the conversation told us this one's worth a human jumping in.' Happy to dig into how we're thinking about formalizing lead scoring on top of that if you're curious!

Scanned a couple of test cards and the enrichment was faster than I expected, plus the WhatsApp message draft actually sounded like something I'd send instead of generic filler.

@recep755nย That's great to hear, Recep - thanks for actually testing it out! Making the WhatsApp messages sound human (not templated) was something we spent a lot of time tuning, so glad it came through. Appreciate you taking the time to try it during launch day ๐

The 20 second outreach speed is impressive, but adding a small confidence score next to each enriched lead profile would help reps know when to double check the data before sending. Especially useful when the card is scanned in a less common language.

Really thoughtful suggestion, @ayenurhalaqfmbย thank you! A confidence score would be genuinely useful, especially for the multi-language OCR case you mentioned, since that's exactly where enrichment is more likely to need a human double-check. Noting this down as a strong candidate for the roadmap. Appreciate you thinking about this from the rep's side, not just the demo side ๐

Took LeadJarvis for a quick spin on a stack of business cards from a recent conference and the WhatsApp outreach within 20 seconds genuinely impressed me, plus the HubSpot sync saved me from my usual spreadsheet mess.

Awesome to hear, @melihakaolaye0ย - thank you for actually running it against a real stack of conference cards, that's exactly the scenario we built it for! Glad the HubSpot sync saved you from the usual spreadsheet cleanup too. Really appreciate you testing it out during launch ๐
