How are you all capturing leads at in-person events right now?

Curious how different teams handle this. We've seen everything from typing names into a phone after the fact, to a pile of business cards that sits on someone's desk for two weeks before anyone touches it.
By the time leads actually make it into a CRM, half the context from the actual conversation is gone, and the "hot" window to follow up has usually passed too.
What does your process look like? Manual entry, a scanning app, something else? And honestly, how much of it actually makes it into follow-up vs. gets lost?
