At Lettria, we recently started using Jimo and are publishing our first feature tours and feedback widgets, and are very satisfied with how to set them up compared with tools we tried previously. We look forward to very soon be using Jimo for all in-app changelogs and release announcements, since we notice some of our regular users don't necessarily read our email newsletter.

In the description you wrote that the tool is a special layer to know the customers, at the same time your website says that Jimo is a website building tool or communication tool. So I am very interested, but I can't understand if what I think of your tool os really what it gives. Could you please let me know if there is a value proposition for startups? We are building technology and recruiting new users, so what is the ultimate use-case of Jira for us?
